Close this place already. Ordered a fish sandwich combo. It’s a combo so the cashier show know you get a side and a drink. No side was in the bag. I asked her for my side of okra; it took 6 minutes to get it and my drink cup was not full. The whole ordeal from waiting to order to receiving took about 25 minutes. Just save yourself the headache and go to the location on 96.

We were the only ones in the driveway and only three cars, in the parking lot I assume at least one person that works there drive the car but possibly all three cars belong to employees. The lady at the drive-through told us it was gonna be 15 minutes before she could take our order so we decided to leave because that’s not fast food.

The dine in area was horrible, you can see where someone mopped and the floor was still very greasy i could have fallen. The tables were dirty and there was no hot sauce no where. They were no water, I had to wait for about 5 minutes until the girl came back to the counter to ask for her to refill the water.. Gave stars because food was cooked

There’s no ice for the drink you so kindly charge me for!!! The employee walked next door to subway to get some ice for her a the manager to have for there personal drink Smh.. waited over 35 minutes after taking my money for some fish and fries. And in the process got to sit here and listen to the manager and the cook go back and forth about the register being short 5.00 dollars. And thank you for the young guy for stepping in an cooking the food nice an hot and fast while the other cook figure out her 5 dollars issue 🥴🥴

Ordered a big fish spicy wasn't and I prolly would have waited on the remake but dude in the bak act like remaking sumthin dat was wrong was not sumthin he should be doin so got my money bak...no I will not be bak
It's always a hit or miss here. Grew up on it and it's remained mostly the same throughout the years. Their fish is always good and their limited time items are a hit. Just sometimes the food isn't fresh or the grease hasn't been filtered or something. The company needs revamp the image to make it more appealing.

This right here is ridiculous! I have paid 8.55 for this! This look like a kids meal. I was going to get a refund but she said it was going to take 5-7 business for my money to back on my card. Oh and this meal did not come with a drink

I was in town visiting. Ordered online for 4 people. Told our food would be ready by a certain time. It was not ready. Hadn't been cooked/prepared. The 3 employees in the restaurant that night were less than professional. They were having inappropriate conversations. One of the ladies was rude to us. Some of our food was cold and didn't taste good at all. The restaurant was dirty. Food was smashed on the floor.

I have lived in Perry for almost ten years now and this place has been the absolute worst restaurant in town without showing any signs of improving.
I don't understand how or why this place is still open to this day with food and service so bad.
It always takes them way too long to cook the most basic of orders, the inside of the store is disgusting, the types of people they hire seem to put in below minimum effort in their work, and the price you pay for any of the food isn't worth it at all.
Please stay away from this store for your own health and safety.
