Little upset with my hometown Chikfila. I was really craving their breakfast and understand they stop serving at 10:30. I ordered for mobile pick up (and my card was charged) @10:16 because I knew it ended at 10:30 I figured my order would have been honoured. When I scanned the barcode at 10:32am it said my order was cancelled because this facility is no longer serving breakfast. I was pretty upset/confused and when I asked why my card was charged I was told I should be getting a refund. I understand I should have gotten there earlier (and I tried) but the order was already in and charged?!? Before changeover…

Placed a mobile order before 10:30 and when I got to window after only 2 cars ahead of me, waited at window 10 minutes or longer, I was told my order did not go thru because of the switching from breakfast to lunch.

I'm from out of town, and this is the only chick-fil-a I've been to that does mobile ordering the way that they do, which involves scanning a QR code rather than speaking to an employee. I didn't notice the sign when I entered the drive thru that said mobile orders can only use the left lane (there was no line on either side), and since I went to the wrong lane I had to drive all the way around and go thru the "mobile" lane, apparently the employees can not access the mobile order at all from their iPad?? Which caused me to get into a 4 car deep line that had formed on the mobile side after I arrived. Poor service, the employees were nice but there should have been a way to access my order other than me driving all the way back around. I was turned off by that. Just nowhere near the level of service I receive at the Columbus, GA locations that I usually go to.

If you think mobile drive thru is order online, pay online, and quickly pick up the order because you are time sensitive, you are wrong. You’ll need to drive up, still order with the app and scan your order, THEN you’ll pay and they start the order. The only thing this is good for is if you are scared with interpersonal interactions or are sick.
