They are slower than any other Chick-fil-A I have ever been through. They had the wrong drink order. They forgot part of our order. The people were kind though, and the food tasted fine.

Poor customer service from employees. I understand why because management there is terrible. As a local I’ve heard horrendous things about the new owners. The last time I went in the managers were rude and relentless with the young workers. I even saw one named Gracie make a personal attack and hurt another employee’s feelings. Unacceptable.

This was my first time dining inside a Chick-fil-A and I was beyond impressed. The staff was welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful. The dining room, floors and bathrooms were spotless!! What a great experience, very well done! Highly recommend!

I love perry Chick-fil-A, but recently when I have been going the breading on the chicken has been excessively thick and crunchy. I may have to start going to 96 for my Chick-fil-A.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I DO NOT like it when they place the condiment packets on top of my waffle fries. All kinds of hands go in those condiment bins and it’s unsanitary. That’s gross!!! You all need to watch your food handling practices. And I’m not for sure if, when they took the bag back, if they just took the packets off or actually gave me new fries.

I used my redemption points to get two chick fil a breakfast biscuits. We also ordered two more, so i should have had 4 total! I only got two and they still took my points and didn’t give me the two other biscuits! That’s not right!!

We can in a few minutes before they locked the doors to the lobby and everyone was still very friendly and courteous. I’m from out of town and our Chick-fil-A is no where near as great as this one. The food was great and the employees were super friendly (and not just the customer service friendly). Keep up the great work!

Chick-fil-A has always been my favorite go- to for fast food. However, the past 3 times I’ve gotten food there, I’ve experienced painful stomach issues. After researching changes recently made involving the use of a pea coating on their fries & chicken, I’m sure that’s the cause. Also, the chicken strips have an aftertaste of a soapy residue. Needless to say, I have no plans to eat Chick-fil-A food again until they return to their original recipes.
