Would like to point out the fact that , I stood at the window to order for I know a good 10-15 minutes and not one person even had the decency to walk up and say to me ,please give them a few and they would get my order . When the manager finally came to the window ( only knew that because I asked ) told her how rude the situation was. Her as well as the workers laughed and took it all as a joke . To go there as often as I do for my kid because she likes it , sure gets under my skin how this all played out . Learn customer service!

My wife and I arrived in Perry late and needed dinner. The Cookout in Perry did not disappoint with their Cookout style hotdogs and burgers. Just like the one near us in Alpharetta, great fast food that is not like the others. I would highly recommend!

I have to say I love Cookout burgers. They have the best burgers in my opinion for fast food chains. This location has exceptional customer service and this is comparing it to the locations in Tifton (near the I75 and US82) and the one in Cordele off the I75. Service was fast, courteous and accurate. I was allowed time to check my order for accuracy, they gave me napkins and I requested sauces which were handed over without hesitation. I will definitely be returning and if you’re on I75 near this location definitely give them a try. The location in Tifton was the worst. I wouldn’t waste my time or money at that location. You can check the reviews on that, I’m not the only one saying it.

The most common thought that comes to mind when you think of “fast food” is the possibility of your food not being fresh. Tonight was the first time in my entire life that I have went to a fast food restaurant and had every item on my plate be fresh. That truly made my night. I will definitely be back.
We waited in line for 20 mins horrible car merging on a hot day and the lady couldn't hear us so we had to scream into the speaker and on top of all this they got our order wrong 😢 and the food was burnt now I'm not one to leave bad reviews I am usually supportive of places but come on guys get your act together!
