My group got stuff. One of us got chicken some of it was undercooked. Most of the food were missed up like some person played musical chairs with it. The walking taco was get taco bits in a bag of chips. One of us got 4 casa Della's. Atmosphere was so different. It had not much people. Service was bad a pain to get our food. Overall I rate it 1 stars.

We were visiting family from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel. My husband went to pick up food from Cookout. Logan was his cashier. He was rude and acted like he had better things to do than take our order. It was August 5th at 9:52pm. He gave us the food and walked off. Once we got back to the hotel and opened it up, it was completely wrong. We didn’t get anything from our order. We were given 2 orders of chicken tenders. That was annoying. But we could have dealt with it if we had been given any sauce of any kind. So we just had a whole bunch of dry tenders. Maybe if the employee cared more about his job and the customer, people would receive the correct food and what they paid for.This is the second time I’ve been to this location and both times the cashiers have been extremely rude. Not going back. I do not recommend this cookout.

Orderd spicy chicken sandwich tray with cheese bites and onion ring. Well the chicken sandwich was an original chicken sandwich instead of spicy and the bread was molded then I only received 4 onion rings.
