My family and I stopped here while on a road trip for Blizzards. Our first cashier was very kind, patient, and helpful in making sure we got the deal from the mobile app to work, which i appreciated. But the primary reason I'm leaving a review is because another cashier - a young man I'd guess to be still in high school - took the time to ask if we were traveling, where from, etc. He was respectful and genuine, and it struck me how lost this simple form of communication is these days. I wish more people took little moments like these young employees did to be polite and kind and treat cusotmers as guests, not just as transactions.

Took my grandson for his first banana split and was really disappointed!!! Why did they quit making these in the old boat style dishes??? Now they cram it all into a small rectangle dish somewhat mixed up!!!! You loose the whole effect!!! It was horrible!!!!

Had to wait along time in line. Not sure I'd they were short staffed or what. Didn't look that way but they took our order then took a long time to make it then took the next order and did the same. Just didn't seem efficient.

Be aware if you have a lowered vehicle like a lift van that the parking lot and road have bad angles and you will scrape. Also, the food was hot but you will wait for it

Placed an order online for a rotisserie-style chicken salad with dressing. Was given a fried chicken salad with no dressing. Went back to store and the manager was very rude to the employee who was trying to help me, so I spoke up to him directly. Manager said they don't have rotisserie chicken anymore and he "could not" give me a refund for an online order. Said I had to cancel the order online. It's not possible to pull the order back up, so it cannot be canceled, which I explained to him. He still insisted he could not give me a refund. He was very loud and very short with me just as he had been with the employee. I threw the food away, walked out, and called corporate. I will NEVER visit this DQ again. The way he treated the employee was beyond ridiculous, not to mention the fact that he refused to give me a refund or make it right in any way. That employee has always been very poliet and helpful every time I've been in that resturaunt. I really don't know why he still works there.

The kids that were working tonight were absolutely incredible, and so generous. My food came out out, and fresh even with 10 minutes of closing!!I definitely will be coming back!

Just decided to drive out to local Dairy Queen (Perry, GA) for food because i wanted a hot dog. Don't do it!!!! Weiner was hard and overcooked, had to have been cooked hours ago. Remember why i stoped going there years ago.
