The bathrooms are STILL OUT after our other visit passing through a month ago. “You can go next door” to the Smokeshop. Ummmmm, no thank you. But, nice girls honestly, good attitudes about it. Not their fault. Get it together Corporate DD..!!!!!

Can this place be closed and start over? Placed order on app, medium hot coffee, black and medium hot chocolate. Shouldn't be difficult, right? Arrived at pick up window...no hot chocolate (just ran out). Can we get a medium hot decaf instead? She returned to window, again laughing, just ran out. Settled on some kind of peppermint something or another along with medium hot coffee. The something or another would gag a horse and the medium hot coffee wasn't "P" warm. I wanted to pull back through and throw both drinks through the window when it opened. Better half persuaded me not to. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! Can this placed be closed and start over?

Have been in town for a week and unfortunately this is the only convenient option for me in the morning. This place is awful. Different problems on different days including: cold food that should be hot, lukewarm coffee that should be hot, adding flavor to my coffee that should’ve been plain, not unlocking the doors until 10 minutes after opening time, not taking orders accurately and leaving items out and while not all, but most of the staff is not friendly

I walked in to order and was greeted by nobody. I walked up to the front counter to order and the girl was being very rude telling me to speak up when I was already pretty loud. Maybe if the music wasn’t blasting she’d be able to hear me. Then gave me attitude while I was ordering. Barely spoke to me and then asked like 3 times what donuts I wanted. She got my donuts and then my drink was done. The donuts were good but the drink was filled all the way up with ice. Literally had like 5 sips and the thing was empty. I work fast food so I understand what it’s like in a rush but I got 2 donuts and a drink and was nice so I don’t know what the issue was.
Never had a poor experience at this location. They always have the donuts I want and the drinks are made correctly the majority of the time. Sometimes my iced coffee will have way too much cream or sugar but that has been a universal Dunkin experience for me.

This place is awesome anytime of day the rather you want early morning coffee or a evening lunch the staff is always on point super friendly very nice my food and drinks here are nothing less than perfect great environment and super clean store I love this place and I enjoy how nice and awesome the staff is here great job guys keep perry running on Dunkin
Slow service. Servers coughing over the open drinks, girl was rubbing her nose and fixed a drink without washing her hands. No one had on gloves. It was a mess. I walked out because it was 3 servers, but each just did their own thing and walked around ignoring people waiting in line. It was the open mouth coughing over the open drinks they were fixing that made me leave.
