Waited 30 minutes and they had my order wrong. Everybody was confused. Took 3 people to fix my order... I got a regular menu item, no modifications.

My daughter sandwich was burnt. She took back. Kelly was very rude, unprofessional, and had no customer service skills. I asked for a refund she stated with an attitude “only a manager can give a refund.” I asked for the manager she states “the manager is gone for the day.” I asked could she call the manager. She replied I called the manager and he said it will tomorrow to get a refund. The manager name is Bobby. This was the worst service. Oh I forgot to mention the new sandwich was cold!!

Horrible horrible customer service they never get an order right very rude. They don’t make their food right you’ll never get a hot latte. It’s always cold. Forget having anything in it to you. That’s hot. They are ridiculous.

I have been going to this location every week twice, sometimes three times a week for months. It started going down once the old manager left. There would be signs on the door “short on help” so you would have to go to the drive thru and take forever. They never have what you order online and the drinks (the same drink) never taste the same. Other locations take things off the menu when they don’t have it but not this one. Other locations also have great, consistent drinks every time. The employees all have nasty attitudes and don’t care what they serve or how they act. Maybe it’s time for the owners to make some changes before the doors close permanently. I’ve never seen any upper management in this location.

Words can not express my disgust, disappointment, and frustration. I ordered a bacon and egg croissant sandwich, hash browns, and an iced decaf coffee with caramel. My 11-year-old daughter, who I was sharing my drink with, spotted a dead fly floating in my drink. We had already finished about half of the coffee. I will NEVER purchase anything from Dunkin Donuts again. Absolutely DISGUSTED!!!
