So I pulled up to the drive thru at Georgia Bob's. Three cars ahead of me but exceptionally slow. I order 2 sliced brisket sandwiches and sit back for the wait. It's quite a wait, probably 8-10 minutes. Finally get my food and head home for dinner. I get my coke and sit down to eat. I open the bag to find a hamburger and baked beans. Why is this so hard? It's not like they were in a rush. This has become the rule in the food service industry not the exception. What other industry could operate so incompetently so consistently and remain in business.

Felt like this place wasn't for people of color! Weird vibe. The food was hot, no complaints! Got fried pickles and 2 bbq dinners!

Been coming here since they opened 6-7 years ago, used to be a seafood restaurant. Anyway, the quality has from excellent to mediocre at best. Paid them a visit today and the first thing I noticed was an empty parking lot and this was at 12 noon. A sullen cashier took our order, used to be a happy staff who greeted you as you entered; that’s now gone as well as any money to the tip jar. The table we selected had food all over it so we elected a clean one. Catsup bottle was empty so we had to retrieve one from another table. When my wive’s Carolina pork sandwich arrived, the bottom bun was so saturated with liquid, she disassembled it and I returned it dripping to the counter and requested another bun so the cook staff gave me just that, the bottom bun half. Really disappointing since it’s always been on our go-to list, not anymore though.

I came through the drive thru, a huge hole is in the driveway damage to my car. Got my food after paying 27 dollars for a slab. I get that. The BBQ sauce had spilled in the bag. I gave it back, she wiped it off and put BBQ sauce in brown bag never changed the bag I left because I would not have been nice if I went in please leave our city never go back to any location. Sonny's BBQ here my entire family come. Totally disappointed. I bet Georgia Bob is on the beach enjoying my hard earned money. Terrible terrible. Wait until I tell Myron Mixon about this.
