Worst service in a restaurant ever food is nasty as well

Can be hit or miss with service. We frequent this place mainly for the location. Food is always served hot and quick.

The food is good, but it is very Americanized, definitely not Mexican seasoning

Food was okay. Things with chicken were okay. Beef was unflavored and tasted like the grill was very dirty that they cooked it on. The pork was also ground and had the same flavor. Not good. As well, our order came out messed up as the servers do not write anything down so this is bound to happen when you don’t do this (also it’s just asking for wasted food). The entire staff seems super overwhelmed like they don’t know what’s going and it honestly wasn’t even that busy. Do not think I’ll be stopping in here again unfortunately.

Horrible service our waitress had an attitude the whole time and got very snippy when we told her one of our orders was wrong. And she gave us our check and ran off before we could as for boxes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Fajita and quesadilla were dry and meat was slightly burnt. Service could have been much better.

The staff is always super nice. The food is why this is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Houston County. The decor makes it feel homey. It is also a clean restaurant, which I always appreciate. Highly recommend you visit Jalisco Grill!Parking: Plenty of parking since it's part of a strip mall.

I got a beef burrito and the meat was flavorless. I couldn't taste the meat or spices. It was quick and a good price but nothing I will return for here.

Me & 3 of my sisters went for dinner & it was so gooooddd!! We had the Burrito Grande with a side of rice & horchata & OMG by the far 1 of the best . You will not be disappointed & very affordable, We paid 60 all together. I had to make sure I gave a survey and I'll definitely be back regularly. Only 4 stars on atmosphere because it is a smaller building.

The food was ok, the cheese dip wasn't hot, and the entree lacked flavor due to temperature and seasoning.

Good service and the food was fresh. I had the tostaguac (slices of chicken, lettuce, cream, cheese, tomatoes, topped with guacamole on a hard tortilla). My date had the Chile rellenos and he loved how flavorful it was.
