Very clean Jersey Mike's very nice all of the workers were cheerful and they made some of the best sandwiches I've ever had from a Jersey Mike's and I don't live in the area will definitely come back again if I am in the area. We really enjoyed our sandwiches!

My family and I had previously stopped coming to this location as the staff made it very clear that they did not want to be there. My husband and I walked in tonight and we were instantly greeted! I took special note on the fact that the person who greeted us was either on break or not on the clock but STILL took time to greet us. Everybody who assisted us with our order was friendly and efficient. I even noticed that the customer in front of us was… difficult, but you would have never known by the professionalism of the staff! We ate in store and I noticed that the person that greeted us was in a supervisory position when he asked his crew when they wanted to “start their 7s”. By the way he asked, I could tell that he actually giving them freedom to choose when they wanted to start this task. A young lady misheard his wording and said “7”. He responded with “I thought y'all wanted to get out of here, but ok”. (This is how I could tell that she had misheard him). His response was very supportive of allowing them to make this choice, but their actions had “consequences” (getting out later). As a customer this interaction made me happy. This (younger) supervisor was keeping his crew happy and we all know that when those working are happy, the customer always gets better service. I applaud this entire staff, especially a younger gentleman supervising a crew that is either his age or very close to it and wanting to make a difference in the service industry. That is not an easy feat. Also noted was how well the crew interacted with each other, but were not disruptive to the environment while doing it. They were simply talking about where they had previously worked (they weren’t loud. I could only hear them because we were the only ones in there).
If you are the store manager or owner of this location, please pat this crew on the back. We were there on a Friday night around 5:45pm.

During a recent visit to Jersey Mike’s, I was impressed by the young team behind the counter. Despite their age, they handled the rush with energy and professionalism. One standout was Jeremiah. He was especially nice, respectful, and full of energy. His positive attitude brightened the whole place and made the experience memorable. Thanks to him and the team, I’ll definitely be back!

Walked in AFTER the designated ready time this afternoon to pick up an app order. Saw no order on the to-go shelving, but saw one sitting on the counter near the POS machine. Stood at the pick-up order location but never got ANY acknowledgement through at least 3 customer sales. After the last sale, the cashier simply walked away. I finally had to ask loudly if I was at the right place to pick up an app order. I FINALLY got acknowledged. Four employees in the store, one on break. This experience REALLY makes me think twice about online ordering here and coming to this store at all. Teach your employees to be inquisitive enough to wonder why a person is in your store and ASK!

I want to share my experience at Jersey Mike's after working in a fast-food restaurant environment. It was horrible. I noticed a young man spinning my bread on the counter, which had not been wiped down, and he was completely distracted. He was talking about a fight he had in the parking lot while his coworker recorded a conversation on speakerphone, despite it being lunchtime. Regardless of the time, this is still a professional setting. If you need to take a break, have lunch in your car! I'm very disappointed with the lack of leadership and professionalism I observed.

This staff was AMAZING. They were dealing with a store full of customers-with one VERY DIFFICULT customer- ignoring the fact they were busy serving customers and they handled it so gracefully. I was so impressed. We threw TEN sandwich orders at them and they had it all done and on our way within 15 mins despite the challenges. Can’t speak better!

Amazing how you can have 6 people behind the counter and not a single one of them seem properly trained on how to handle gluten free foods for people with allergies. Also completely unprofessional for employees to laugh and stare at customers while they are ordering. Completely unacceptable.
