We ordered 2 16 piece family meals AND 3 extra large sides. They didnt have have buffalo ranch asked for a couple extra wouldn't give us them and customer service was awful, we will take our business else where. We feed 10 men a day so they lost our business.

I ordered a side of gravy to take home. They gave me about 2 teaspoons for $3.19. I asked for more gravy or a refund. They would not do either. The RUDE so called manager said no refund because I ordered and paid through the KFC App. I never will ever eat at this location ever again.

Ordered delivery with the projected delivery at 9:56 pm ( although they closed at 10 pm) my order went through (what I thought fulfilled). Upon receipt and examination of my order, it was TOTALLY WRONG!
The worst experience ever, we ordered quickly but after that, it all went downhill, they made us wait up in the parking lot, they made us wait for 48 minutes, finally got the food and they got my chicken sandwich wrong, we brought it back in and asked if they could remake it without the stuff, they agreed, they said “it will take 3 minutes” we went back to our car waited for 6 minutes and went back in and they said “it will be 3 more minutes”, they offered us some free little dessert for our wait, we got them, they sucked, when we finally got my sandwich, it was good but the wait added up to a HOUR AND 10 MINUTES 10/10 not recommended
