Yesterday we bought a bucket of dark meat chicken. It was dry like it was a day old when we ate it. We started to have stomach pain a little while after we ate. It’s the next morning and we are both still in pain. Most likely food poison. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

I am 50 years old and this was the BEST KFC experience Ive ever had! Food was hot, fresh and cooked perfectly! The staff were polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend!!!

Haven't had KFC in a long time actually it was good
Waited over 40 minutes to be waited on and receive our food. Terrible customer service and there were plenty of staff chatting away to one another. Chicken tenders were a little bigger than a chicken nugget. Didn’t get my biscuit with my order but I cringed at the thought of going to the counter again. We are. KFC regulars and this was the worse experience ever.

Management is extremely unprofessional Place has a lot of potential but the manager is greedy and charges people for water cups and sauces after we spend almost $70 on chicken! I pleaded with a manager and asked her if she could please give me four sauces since we almost spent $70 on chicken and her response was the only thing I can do is give you two free if you buy two. Really? Will be calling corporate and letting them know and definitely not returning take your money to Zaxby’s they give you all the sauce and water cups complementary!
