EVERY time I come to this location, it’s always a 30 minute wait in any chicken. You literally sale chicken, how can you run out of the item you are advertising. Please do better.

My dad order his food online I arrived about 20mins later and was told someone already picked up his food. I was waiting almost 30min before the refixed the food and when the worker was about to give me the food she tells me I need prove that I was sent to pick up the order it’s protocol because they let someone else get my dads food.

This location close at 10pm! Was in drive on 03/02/2024 @ 8:41 to order food! The lady or manger shout wait a minute in the intercom. “Look what time it is”” so basically said it will be a 40 minutes for 8 piece!!! This ridiculous!! You close at 10pm why it would take that long! Just being lazy and not wanting to cook or make food because why???? Never had this issue before!!! Poor services!!!!

The chicken was fried too hard, and the Biscuits appeared to be half baked in my 8 piece family meal. Seeing as how the price of their food is outrageous, the least they could do is cook the food properly.

I’ve only eaten at the KFC in Perry once. Once was enough to know that the food and the service are subpar. Most ( not all) employees there don’t have customer service skills and the management is either inexperienced or unprofessional. I can’t tell which it is b/c the encounter was brief. The food is overpriced and bland as well. Save your money and time folks. Pass KFC by?

I must admit that I've avoided KFC in recent years. This rainy night KFC was almost next to my hotel. My sister and I decided to give it another try. So glad we did.The staff was sweet although we came in close to closing. The chicken was delicious and the sides were just great. The restaurant was very clean and draped in holiday decor. We knew that the staff took pride in serving us.When we left we spoke with Sheila, the restaurant manager. We told her how much we liked our meal. She happily told us how much she appreciated her customers and that so he and her staff loved working there. Believe me, it shows. Many thanks Sheila.

I ordered my food online 45 minutes before I left my home just so that I could give the staff enough time to complete my order in a timely manner. As soon as I get to the KFC the person that’s running the show say “20 minutes” in the rudest way possible. I honestly just want to know why does it takes 1 hour and 5 minutes to make a 12 piece chicken.

I don’t understand why we have to wait 40 plus minutes on food and then when we know that people are coming in behind us are getting there good quicker then I received mines. Then when asked about my food nobody has a clue. the statement that was made was “oh oh I got it I got it “ 30 mins go by and I still don’t have my food. Customer service was awful let alone the people that call they self managing wasn’t doing anything but leant over the counter looking in a binder instead of pushing the customers food out. Finally received my food at 3:06
