Food was mediocre and the staff were very unfriendly and acted like they had better places to be. The food was expensive too. If you add chees to a sack full of Krystal's, you are charged $3.50 for it. Ridiculous.

Food was great and just how I ordered it. I used the drive thru on a Tuesday around 1pm. The lady who took my order was nice, polite, and friendly. She took the time to answer my question and never seem frustrated. Very rare to find that in fast food these days. Would recommend!

I appreciate you and the lady at the drive-thru I didn't catch a name but thank you. God bless you the food was good thank you. 😀👍♥️ Well as you can see I didn't put no picture because it's gone now I wish I would have got more than two Krystals 😂 happy customer this way and it's was my first time at this particular location because I stay in Warner Robins and I don't eat the Krystals here or in Macon. Ordered a sackful for me and my granddaughter took it home and relaxed to eat
Go to most of the fast food restaurants in Perry and you can barely get them to acknowledge you. They make you feel like you are bothering them to place an order. I don’t know what the Krystals in Perry’s secret is but all these other places could learn from them. The minute I walked through the door I was warmly greeted with a welcome and a smile. Every employee seemed to want to be there and was super pleasant and kind. It was so noticeable it prompted me to write this review. Whatever you are doing keep it up, customers do notice!!!

I was traveling solo from Florida to Tennessee. I am a huge fan of Krystal and decided to stop and have lunch at this Perry location. As far as the facilities, it appears the Krystal now occupies a former Burger King. When I arrived, I noticed the building didn't look like the"standard" Krystal facility. Once inside I found a very clean dining room and was greeted politely. My order was taken efficiently and correctly! My food was prepared and served quickly. I ordered my favorite combo/meal; #1 with cheese, fries and large lemonade. I enjoyed my meal and the break from a long, long drive. Although I enjoyed my lunch, honestly I've had a little better burgers at other Krystal locations. The fries were hot, the burgers could've been a little warmer. Of course, it could've been my taste was off after the stress of driving nearly 7 hours. Regardless, I would certainly return to this Krystal location. Absolutely, the staff deserves 5 stars for excellent, friendly service. This location is just off I-75. If you're a regular Krystal customer, don't be confused with the different look of this Krystal.

Usually stay away from Krystal because the places are so dirty. Not this one, it was extremely clean, my burgers were freshly cooked and it was excellent. I hadn't eaten them little suckers in a while, they were good.

My experience wasn't very pleasant. The food was not up to their usual standards. Fries tasted like old grease and the sandwiches were cold and greasy. I felt sick not long after eating. The restaurant smelled of dirty mop water when I entered and should've taken that as my warning to leave. The bright spot was the service. The employee was very helpful and polite. I won't be returning again anytime soon though.
