The food is what you would expect at Krystal’s but man the service! Great service, every member was friendly, welcoming and working hard! We had a carload of impatient children and they never skipped a beat when helping us! I immediately considered writing this review at my first chance after being there! My husband and I said even if the food was bad we would still go 😂 They brightened our day!

The area was not friendly. I tried to enjoy the food on a quiet lot. Then got approached by a bum and a potential sex offender. The food wasn't good. The drive thru clerk guy was nice and courteous 😉 I won't stop 🛑 there anymore while traveling.

Ordered (2) 4 Krystal with cheese combo meals - both with Cokes. Got to the pay window and realized the employee only put in an order for 1 combo meal because she thought the order was a (2) Krystal with cheese and (2) Krystal. Even after explaining (2) 4 Krystal with cheese and coke for both, she asked if all 4 got cheese. We said all 8 get cheese.
What we received: (1) 4 Krystal with cheese combo - and - (1) 4 Krystal combo.
What the receipt shows and what we paid for: (1) 4 Krystal combo 2 Krystal 2 ADD Sliced american (@ 0.40) 2 Krystal (1) 4 Krystal w/Cz combo
The girl taking the order was very nice and friendly and the food was okay, but something is wrong with the management here. It cost me $0.80 - and there was no way I was going back to collect the $0.80.

Love Krystal burgers, but there are none where we live. Had a meal here while staying in a local RV park. Satisfied my craving for sure. The staff was friendly and efficient. The burgers and fries were hot and fresh. The manager checked to make sure that everything was ok, something that I've rarely seen in a fast food restaurant. It was a great experience
