The Indian woman that works there at the drive thru window is extremely rude and nasty, she never once has ever said thank you, nothing but silence from this lady. She also fails to reach out and give you your food, you literally have to reach into the window to grab it. I guess she thinks that she is entitled. The one thing that furates me is when you give your hard earned money to a business and they are not polite or say thank you for your business. I swear some places fail to realize without a customer base they are NOTHING! I'M SO SICK AND TIRED OF THE RUDENESS FROM PLACES LIKE THIS ONE. I'm calling corporate to resolve this immediately,

Walked in to order. Seemed there was only two people working. No one greeted us and kept walking up and down the line just ignoring us. We watched the girl on shift just drop a bag of food on the floor. She didn’t pick it up. No one ever said a word to us. Maybe it’s because we were white. Idk. However, a black gentleman came in several minutes after us and the young lady handed him his order. We left at that point. Not sure why we’re ignored but that was ridiculous. Either they needed help and didn’t get it or just a poor location that allows a negative atmosphere.

I ordered a couple pizzas and I was greeted my a wonderful young man named Cj he had an awesome smile and a welcoming spirit. It’s amazing to see such a young man have such wonderful customer service! I’ll definitely be back!

I placed an order through the app, tracked it in the portal, once I received a message saying it was done at 3:25pm, I walked in and typed in my code. Only to have no pizza, bread sticks, or anything in there. Then the front desk lady was talking very quiet. I asked her to repeat herself. And her reaction was to walk away. Then she cleared out my order from the portal and I received a message saying thanks for skipping the line and picking up your order. I am now walking out with my pizza at 3:33pm. I would understand more if they were busy… but they weren’t.

The front staff doesn’t care if your pizza gets cold while you wait. They put your name in the mobile pickup box without any pizza so it looks like your order is ready on time but then You have to wait an extra 15 minutes to pickup your pizza when they bring it up from The back. This has happened al three times we ate here in one week.
I managed the first little ceasers pizza store in Michigan. Quality has gone way down over the years. It’s all machine made cookie cutter products with no attention to detail and taste anymore. This store was clean friendly and produced as good a pizza as they were allowed to make. Price is good but if you want real Detroit pizza you need to go somewhere else.

I honestly can’t review the food, because we didn’t get anything. On the way back home from Florida, we stopped here thinking we’d grab a Hot’n Ready for a quick lunch. Sat at the drive thru for about 5 min and no one came to the window. Husband pulled around to go inside, where no one was up front in the store, but could be heard cackling and cutting up in the back. I’ve worked food service. These employees were doing everything they could to avoid having to do anything other than play around. Gotta wonder if the shift manager was included in the fun and if so, might be time to look for better management.
