Made an $81 donation to a struggling restaurant tonight because I did not pay $81 for food. Brought out out an undercooked steak that wasn't even the type of steak I ordered. They took it back just to cook the steak, I didn't order some more and bring it back.

Our Server was great. He was attentive and took good care of our time there. . Food was good steak, sweet potato and blue cheese dressing salad.
One Reception staffer was not great. Not service aligned. Seemed not interested in his job or customer service his hair was in his face and he was constantly moving it out of the way. Why wear a style that is constantly in your eyes and need if adjustment? Attention to detail is missing from a service perspective pick up trash in floor or a dropped fork under a table, don't sit the cleaning solution in front of me at the check in desk. They are almost there for a pleasant experience to make it really good. Need some staff mentoring and support

This location seems to have a young unmanaged staff. It took at least 10 minutes before we were acknowledged to be seated. Two tables were left uncleared by where we were seated for over 45 minutes

For the price you pay you don't get much. I ordered potato soup and a sandwich... It was just okay I doubt if we ever go back.

Lemme tell you, I'm a serial souper. I go there for Loaded Potato Soup like all the damn time. It's perfect. BUT TODAY! I HAD THE BEST BREAD I'VE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! With the soup of course

Friday evenings is a busy time for LongHorn Steakhouse. It was hard to believe the amount of food that was being taken out of the kitchen by anybody available to serve guests. It still didn't take long to get a table or our dinner? The four of us enjoyed our meal. Our waitress was exceptional, helpful, and cordial despite the busy evening.

I discovered Longhorn restaurant through a coworker. And, let me tell U, I haven't a bad thing to say. The service and food was excellent. I'm an expat here in Georgia, and Perry, Georgia chef hasn't disappointed at all. Ive tasted quite a few dishes and I could literally cry. The food is delious and the services are next to none. TY for all that U do to accommodate someone whom enjoys foods

Fabulous, except for the Pinot Grigio, which was Ecco Domani, and that has not been a good wine for many years. But the steak, a filet, was truly the best I've ever had while dining out. And our server was wonderful.

Honestly my expectations for Longhorns is pretty low but always I hope to be surprised.. tonight wasn’t that night-
The bartender, couldn’t tell you her name because she never told us has ZERO personality or customer service. Overheard her talking trash about other customers..
As far as our food goes, the steaks came out very over cooked and potato’s were cold.
Empty restaurant. Didn't get service from bartender. Sat 10 mins wasnt offered a drink. Walked out. Horrible service. Horrible execution for longhorn.

After searching around for a birthday dinner that wouldn't break the bank this year, it was hard to find a better value than Longhorn. I try to treat myself to a Filet Mignon once a year, and was shocked when I saw how high the prices were at competing restaurants. Trading cost and distance for ambiance, I decided to go to Longhorn and I wasn't disappointed. Their Flo's Filet was delicious and fork tender, the loaded baked potato wasn't skimping on any of the toppings, and the Caesar salad was appropriately sized. A friend that joined me ordered the brussel sprouts though, and they STOLE the show so much I regretted getting the salad. At the end of the meal, our server brought me a cup of ice cream to-go, which was a nice touch. If I had to change anything, I'd probably skip the glass of wine next time. The taste of the Bonanza Cabernet wasn't worth the cost. Other than that, it was a solid experience and one I wouldn't regret choosing again.
