Lousiest one I've ever been too. Bad steaks...all of it. It just made me sad.

Great food and service. Actually waited at table for it to be cleaned. One busboy was real mechanical walking around and did a phenomenal job.

It was 1640 on a Tuesday afternoon and was at the bar for 20 minutes and didn't get any service. So I walked out. People were in the kitchen, lolly gagging and not doing their job. What a disappointment

When I go into any sit down service restaurants I pay attention to how busy or slow the restaurant is. I'm very patient and understanding since I've worked in the industry for 16 yrs of my life....The hostes was awesome ‼️ The server greeted us and took our order, brought us our drinks, and then service went to hell... We didn't see our server again until our food was brought out by another server.. and if it wasn't for other servers we wouldn't have had a refill... Our server asked if we needed anything else and I asked for some ranch and ketchup.... After he left we started eating and to our surprise the fries was cold, and the Mac n cheese didn't seem done (noodles wasn't done)20 minutes later ‼️‼️‼️we flagged down another server and just ended up asking for the manager... Still waited 5-10 minutes for him... Manager ended up comping our meal... Server brought us to go tea ( cause tea was the best part and only good part of our experience) and didn't inform us there wasn't anymore lemons... I stopped at the host stand and asked kindly if I could get a couple of lemon... After coming back from getting me some the host was the one to inform me about the lemon... Today will be the last day we eat here and I won't be recommending this restaurant to my guest at my hotel anymore after this

Came in for dinner and expected a good meal as we have had several times before. Wow we were disappointed. First, let me start by saying the server was great. No complaints there. The food on the other hand was a huge disappointment. Our steaks were not prepared as requested and when return for correction they came back worse. Never seen the manager at all. One steak over cooked and one steak under cook.

We have been to this place twice now and did not receive our food. There was a large group beside us that came in 10 minutes behind us and received their order while ours was never delivered. The manager was not the least not concerned. I will not be back to this restaurant as they don't have any clue about customer service. I hate i couldn't give negative stars

The service here is okay. Staff is friendly. We have been at this location twice and I have to say both times we're not consistent with 'Longhorn' quality. We have opted to just drive to the Warner Robins location, the taste there is what you'd expect from this steak house. And quality aswell. At this location the taste is not there for their steaks. First time we ordered the spinach dip(appetizer) and sweet potatoe, and they seemed barely warm. The second time my house mac'n cheese was also warm. The crumbs were like old stale crumbs, not the cheesey parmesan crust, I have come to love from Longhorn. For some reason this location is just off. Valdosta, Tifton and Warner Robins location are exactly what you'd expect from a steak house, fresh, tasty excellence all around.
I got a $36 rib-eye and it might have been the worst steak I have ever had. It wasn't just cooked wrong; it was simply a very poor cut of meat. Also, the restaurant seemed to only have one waitress at peak dinner time. I will probably go to Texas Roadhouse for steak from now on. I'll get a burger if I have to go to Longhorns in Perry, Ga again.

Tasteless steaks , great chicken bites.
Talk to whoever buyes the meat at your warner robins location. Much better.

The experience I had at Longhorn was horrible. It was my daughter birthday .they took too long to bring the food out when the food finally got there it was cold. I was trying to get the server attention she was acting like she didn’t see me. Fast forward to that I let the server know beforehand it was my daughter birthday they never told my daughter happy birthday. When they bought my daughter dessert out the plate was dirty I alert the server she had a bad attitude took the plate to the back and bought out other dirty plate I will not be coming back to this restaurant ever again. My steak was a little tough and undercooked. It was good, but needed a little extra care. Service was fast and friendly.

I placed two call in orders to pick up upon arrival from NC. Neither time was the order correct. Fundamentals are important in every aspect of life and would be appreciated if practiced here. Richard is a manager who is in need of more training on how to be a better manager and handle things in a professional manner. Leaving a customer in silence who explained they have been on the road all day and just wanted their order correct isn’t something to ignore. Offering to make them drive back up there to get the correct order isn’t the resolution, either. Better training will prepare you to offer more reasonable customer service support when something goes wrong. I don’t recommend this location.
