Was given soda water instead of sprite. Couldn’t even make the basic cheeseburger right they put sooo much mustard to where it overpowered the whole sandwich plus no onions (my favorite part) also every icy, smoothie & ice cream machines are all broken even tho they are advertising all three all over their store windows. When they didn’t have the icy we ordered the woman asked us what we wanted instead we asked her what they actually had & she said “uhh let me go check” girl looked like she didn’t even work there not properly trained at all. Plus it took 30 mins to get this nasty food. -5/10

Literally the most disgusting and putrid McDonald’s I’ve ever set foot in. As we walked in, decomposed food and trash laid near the entrance floor. My wife went to use the restroom and was unable too as there was feces on the floor and all over the toilets seats. The male restrooms had urine all over the floor. It’s possible neither bathroom had been cleaned in a few days. We ended up going to the Kroger across the street to use the bathroom. Lastly, the floors were sticky with food caked on them, and several of the tables had old food and sauce stuck to them.
It is truly a miracle that the Health Department has not shut this location down. McDonald’s should truly be ashamed.

Literal dumpster fire. Bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been touched in days. Our order had like 5 things wrong with it and I had to ask for our drinks because they forgot all 4 of them. Employees did not give a rip about anything.

Worst McDonald’s waited 1 hour for a simple order. Was ignored in the drive thru, went inside and ordered on kiosk but not a single person was working for at least 20 min there was no coffee cause they had already cleaned the machine with still 3hrs before closing. The epitome of laziness and very poor customer service.

Espresso machine hasn't been working for a few weeks.
This particular trip was a little weird as a little girl came.running in exclaiming she just threw up all over the park, so.. yeah. Slightly jaded experience.

Unsanitary. Every single table was unwiped yet there were employees just hanging out. Floors were dirty. All surfaces sticky, dirty, and trashed. No one was wearing gloves. They were grabbing fries with their bare hands and putting them in the container. People preparing food without hairnets/hats. Soda we got was clear due to needing to be changed and tea had an odd taste. Bathroom was clean but other than that everything was gross. Took one bite of burger and it was cold so didn’t even eat our food but had already lost appetite when I someone dig bare hands into fries and then wiping hands on jeans. Ecolab hand sani all empty and spray bottles of cleaner left out on table in the open (even thought it never seemed to be used)
