Every single table was nasty yet employees standing around being obnoxious and loud. They just looked at me and others as we stand at the register to order food. I am not using a kiosk, your job is to take orders if not why are there registers there? Food was cold and missing items. I highly recommend to eat somewhere else besides here.

Rude experience this morning as I went through the drive through. I ordered 3 medium black coffees. When I got to the window I asked the girl could I please have 4 Splendas and 4 creamers. She grabbed a bag and thew a handful of about 12 creamers and more on the floor. The grabbed over 25 packs of Splenda and put in bag. Rude and wasteful!

Only one kiosk screen works, all hand sanitizers are empty, dirty tables/floor, all trash cans are full, the workers ignore you at the counter until you ask multiple times for the drinks from your order and they smell like they smoked weed right before walking in.

I stop to get fuel at Kroger on my way to Florida. This is the second year this McDonalds stole my Mc rewards food . They take your number you get notifications on your phone they got your number. When you pull up to the windows the just want to sell you your drink. And tell you the system didn't register you free Sandwich. Once I can see but twice . It's theft, and they don't even try to correct the situation.

I had the most amazing experience at this McDonald’s, super fast and friendly staff, especially Tika. If you’re having a bad day, thanks Tika will flip it around just like that!

No soft drink station, busy, which is understandable, the employees worked hard, but cant even get ketchup, condiments, refills, etc without having to spend 10+ minutes waiting at the front. My friend couldn't even get their drinks before we had to go. ignored everyone asking for drinks and just went on with what they were doing. The atmosphere was gloomy, as everyone was tired waiting for food, and there was no self serving station. In summary, make more stations like soft drink machines, napkins, condiments, and more.
