Got tired of waiting at the drive though then another vehicle pulled to the out side and I was skipped. So I went to Krystal next door and I highly recommend them great service and the breakfast was delicious real eggs and bacon. I’m glad McDonald’s messed.

The service was slow and rude. They forgot my drinks then took another 5 minutes to get my drinks after I has my food. They also have some weird dude in there making people uncomfortable. He's yelling and scary. Horrible place.

Went through drive through , had to pull up and wait and when the lady came to us with our order we asked for sauce and with a nasty attitude said they were out but yet the nice young man at the drive through window said they had the sauce we requested. The young lady acted like we were troubling her

The dining room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. There are ZERO napkins out front for customers. My order was missing a sauce. I didn't try to get one. Looks like drive thru orders are coming back inside with incorrect orders.

Their service sucks and they never close when they say they do. She almost gave me the wrong order. They also constantly have you waiting and I had a 2 drinks and instead of her fixing them she told me to pull up to the side but then they never came out so I had to pull back through. Then one night I pulled up at 11:40 and they tell me they’re closed. (They close at 12.) I go there another night and it’s still not 12 yet but they never came to the window. Needs better employees and management.

Was given soda water instead of sprite. Couldn’t even make the basic cheeseburger right they put sooo much mustard to where it overpowered the whole sandwich plus no onions (my favorite part) also every icy, smoothie & ice cream machines are all broken even tho they are advertising all three all over their store windows. When they didn’t have the icy we ordered the woman asked us what we wanted instead we asked her what they actually had & she said “uhh let me go check” girl looked like she didn’t even work there not properly trained at all. Plus it took 30 mins to get this nasty food. -5/10

Literally the most disgusting and putrid McDonald’s I’ve ever set foot in. As we walked in, decomposed food and trash laid near the entrance floor. My wife went to use the restroom and was unable too as there was feces on the floor and all over the toilets seats. The male restrooms had urine all over the floor. It’s possible neither bathroom had been cleaned in a few days. We ended up going to the Kroger across the street to use the bathroom. Lastly, the floors were sticky with food caked on them, and several of the tables had old food and sauce stuck to them.
It is truly a miracle that the Health Department has not shut this location down. McDonald’s should truly be ashamed.
