Food was good but not great. Wanted a good size salad but all they offered was a little bowl to make salad. It was a little pricey for the little salad. People were nice though.
Good good, great people and I've cold sweet tea. Need I say more?
Canned, frozen food, is what we tasted. I can get that at home. The staff were friendly and we were seated immediately.
Old school one pass buffet. Revolving menu, and good food. Very friendly staff and a nice vibe to the place overall. You can tell it is well loved by its regulars and it was packed when it opened at 11.
Definitely worth a visit if you're in Perry. Oh and the green beans were fantastic!
Everything about this place was awesome. Friendly, delish, clean as a whistle. American southern comfort food at it's VERY BEST.
EAT HERE!!!
Highly recommend!
I was in this establishment for the all you can eat breakfast. I would really like a refund of my 46.00. I called and no one has called me back about my refund. The food was horrible. I will never come here again

I recently ordered carry-out from this cafeteria-style restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The food was mediocre and overpriced, considering the 10% fee added for carry-out, which is a blatant cash grab, especially since it was likely incurred due to the use of disposable plates.
The service was also subpar, with the servers appearing annoyed and uninterested in our short interaction. Then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave them a tip on top of an already 10% fee added for carry-out. No tip was deserved. The experience was mediocre at best, and the added fees and poor service only added to the disappointment.

Small, quaint, friendly atmosphere. The food was so fresh and delicious. Everyone working was very friendly, attentive and genuinely inviting people. Definitely worth a try if you’ve never been before. We will be repeat customers for sure.

We are at The Oil Lamp October 21, 2024 for dinner and it was delicious. I had country fried steak and gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans and a corn muffin. I also had Chocolate peanut pie for dessert. It was all very delicious.

Parking: There was plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: We did not have kids with us but there were kids there.
