Ordered a family size pizza and a drink. Food was delicious but our driver was very rude and said I was acting like a snobby house wife. His name was Rodney. Overall, food was nice, service not so nice.

This papa johns pizza today should be used to teach every papa johns how to make a good pizza. We travel for business and eat at many locations. This one today was perfection!! We no longer eat dairy so it’s difficult to get a well made pizza bc you have to add more sauce. We always ask for more but most of the time they don’t add extra. Crust was perfect so we’re the amount of toppings etc. well fricken done!!

Pizza was hot and delicious. The problem was I ordered 2 large pizzas and got 2 medium ones. I called back to speak to the manager. A child got on the phone and giggled so much I’m not sure she heard anything I said. Do better Papa John’s!

I ordered a papadida ( Philly cheese) and 10 piece boneless wings. I enjoyed the wings however I felt nauseous from the papadida smell. I ordered close to closing so I was unable to call back the same night. I literally just called now and spoke to Shane . He's sending me a free medium pizza free of charge. Now, that's customer service ! Thank you Shane & Papa John's ??

We decided to switch up pizza joints one time... probably be the last time. Toppings were simply missing from the pizza... pepperoni of all things. When we tell the location there is no pepperoni she starts talking to my wife like she had overlooked the toppings. No self accountability at this place, but they're willing to take your money. I guarantee our account was not accredited back regardless of what the rep advised.

This was the last time. I said I would never order papa johns again but I gave it another chance bc it’s my kids’ favorite. I ordered at 7:40 and it didn’t get here until almost 9:30. It said the driver was on the way for over 45min. The pizza just barely warm. All he said was sorry about that. Unacceptable.

I ordered 2 large pizzas at 8:13pm. It's 9:22pm I'm sitting in the living room waiting no pizza, no doorbell ring. I call to verify delivery and he states that my pizza was delivered a while ago. I look out side and my pizza is sitting on the stoop. He states that maybe it was contactless delivery and I tell him that I did not order contactless delivery. No apology, no store credit or anything. $38 for cold pizza sitting on the ground. Next time I order food I will not tip in advance. Good Customer Service is nonexistent, just like my delivery notification ( Except at Chic ? Fila❤️ You All Rock ).

I only give 2 stars for speed of service. We ordered wings, garlic knots, and cheese bread for delivery. The only edible thing is the cheesy bread, unfortunately. My husband's wings are mostly raw in the middle and barely drizzled with sauce. His garlic knots are burnt to a crisp and inedible. Food is entirely too expensive to go to waste like this. I've never had an issue with this restaurant before today.

When you pay an arm and a leg for delivery, lol. You get raw chicken and burnt garlic knots along with a burnt pizza. I mean, how lazy are you to at least put enough sauce to cover the wings!
