I came in and ordered what I thought was just a regular meal replacement smoothie. It didn’t taste good, but I figured I’d gotten what I paid for. When I got home, I realized it was actually made with Herbalife products. At no point in the shop, on the menu, or on my receipt was that disclosed.
That is extremely upsetting to me. I live with medical conditions that make hidden additives and supplements dangerous, and I would never have agreed to drink something like this if I had been told the truth. Being tricked into consuming something I didn’t consent to is not only dishonest, it feels unsafe.
This business is not being transparent. Herbalife is a supplement brand, not real food, and it often contains things like caffeine, soy isolates, and herbal additives that can affect people’s health. If that’s what you’re selling, it should be clearly stated so customers can make an informed choice.
I left feeling deceived and worried about my health. That is not okay, and people deserve to know what they’re walking into before they spend their money here.
