Ordered a seafood feast with the blackened salmon, steak medium well, Walts shrimp with rice and hush puppies with a shrimp Alfredo, a kids fish and chips with raspberry lemonade, and a shrimp southwest bowl. The steak was seasoned well but it was inedible due to one side being well done done and the other medium, the biscuits were too hard, the shrimp was over cooked and dry, i was missing my rice and the fish though delicious was missing a piece. My food was not ready when i got there despite me being later to ensure it would be. I called to complain the next afternoon and spoke to a manager named Kasey who assured me they would make it right and for me to return on that Friday to pick it up on my lunch break at 1230. Friday i show up and even call ahead, i get there only to find out there is no recollection of my order nor anything for me to pick up an order despite multiple reassurances from Kasey even her saying she would call up there to remind them. The shift lead was pleasant enough and they offered to make my order and i agreed to come back around 2. I didn't receive my order until well after 2 making me beyond late with returning from break and the food was way worse than it was the first time. The steak cut was edible but it tasted like water, the blackened salmon was delicious the first time, this time it was slimy, the fish and chips was not crispy and i didn't even get a complimentary drink through all this. This was a pre birthday treat to me and my little family then i thought ok they'll fix this and I'll just have a good lunch. This experience was not one i want to experience again because stuff is too high for this to go on

Went there on Sunday 3/2/25. The place was not busy by any means. Ordered the crab legs and i did not know that crab legs could taste so bad. They had no flavor. I could not even eat them. The waitress was horrible.New to the area butnot eating there again.

Me my wife and family member decided to go to Red Lobster. Waiting to be seated for 10 minutes or more was the start of it. Once we got seated the actually easier only showed up with the check. The one who finally took the order after being seated for 15 minutes plus., never came back to the table at all. The advertisement waiter never checked on us plus we . Meaning me had to flag a person down because they actually didn't focus on customer service whatsoever. Food was overly seasoned my broccoli and bake potatoe They focused more on talking to one another. Instead of doing there jobs. This is one establishment who has poor leadership and staff is terrible. I pray focus thinks twice before going to this occasion. Unless they change.

We came here on a Sunday night, 8pm. Dead, 3 tables at max but service was absolutely awful. Off the bat, the server keep cutting us off while we order and was very rude by walking off when we weren’t done speaking. There was a trainey server shadowing, had no problem with us until she kept “forgetting” to refills our stuff and messing up our order. We ordered about $100 worth of food and was expecting a worthy service. Absolutely disappointed and sad because my boyfriend and I were so excited. Lovely manager though, Ms. Kacey is extremely helpful and understanding. She took care of our dip and drinks and was very apologetic. Will not be back unfortunately.

I really hate to write this review because the manager and hostess were amazing, but here goes. My husband and I decided to go to Red Lobster for our Valentine’s Day dinner because we have not been in a while. We arrived at 7pm on 2/14/2025, the hostess asked if we were okay with sitting at a table because they had a few people waiting on a booth. We told her a table is perfect because we aren’t picky people. I didn’t get her name but she was very friendly.

Fast forward to us being seated at 7:08pm, our server Jennifer (she never introduced herself, I only know her name because of our receipt) came to get our drink orders at 7:12pm. Just from placing our drink orders, I knew she wasn’t a friendly person. She acted as if she was annoyed that we were there, she rolled her eyes multiple times, she cut us off every time we asked a question… But I didn’t let that bother me, I remained friendly and polite to her. We went ahead and placed our food order at 7:19. Around 5 minutes later, she brought out my drink from the bar and my husband’s sweet tea. I noticed the glass with his sweet tea was filthy with food on it from the dishwasher. (I know because I was a server at a Red Lobster in a different state.) We didn’t complain because my husband wasn’t bothered by it. 20 minutes go by, still no food and my husband’s cup is empty. He tried to stop her to ask for a refill, Jennifer kept walking right past him as if he didn’t say a word to her. We brushed it off thinking she’s just busy with her hands full, no biggie. She walks back by and he asks her again, she didn’t say a word; just shook her head yes. So at this point I’m about done with her unprofessionalism. Jennifer is being incredibly rude and dismissive to not just us, but to all of her guest.

We continue to wait. Here it is 8:55pm when we stopped her and asked her how long for our food. I ordered an appetizer (lobster pizza) as my meal and my husband ordered a steak, no way it takes 2 hours to bring that out. I know because once again, I served at a Red Lobster. I asked will it be out by 9pm because we are no longer willing to wait. Jennifer said and I quote “probably not but I can take it off and bring you your check instead”. I told her “that’s fine because this is ridiculous”. I guess that really made her mad because now she’s being extremely rude and unprofessional to the point, I asked for her manager. The manager comes out (I forgot his name) and was very apologetic and tried to accommodate us. He said that he can have what we ordered out in 2 minutes if we were willing to stay. We chose not to take him up on that offer just by how nasty Jennifer treated us. My thing is, if the manager can have our food that we ordered 2 hours ago out in 2 minutes; why couldn’t our food be brought out in a timely manner from the start? We paid for our drinks and still left her a tip, despite how she treated us.

All in all, I don’t think we will visit this location ever again. & Jennifer should not be working in customer service and with the public with mannerisms like that. I’m sure she ruined a few others Valentine’s Day dinner just by the conversations amongst others in her sections.

The biscuits were cold, the kitchen was extremely slow, and I've had better service shopping at Walmart. I see why your ratings are so low.

Red Lobster use to be a date night experience, now it's just a place to eat on our way home late in the evening. Service was okay. Our server was friendly, and at the mercy of the kitchen. It's not a place for me to get dressed up with my date and have an intimate dinner any longer. Price is a little high as well for the experience.

The food was awful, I ordered a pasta dish with lobster and shrimp and there was one small piece of lobster and a few tinny shrimps. The pasta was way overcooked and the few pieces of shrimp and the one piece of lobster was very chewy...I can't believe I spent $30 on that dish. My date ordered the chicken Parmesan and even that was awful...they added so much sauce it became a soup, but not in a good way. Overall I give them 2 stars because at least the little bit we eat did not made us sick.
