Red Lobster used to be a very nice establishment. This one is absolutely not. Tables had been eaten at and left with dirty dishes the entire time of us eating. The floor was the same. I understand being short staffed, but having food left on the floor and not one person sweeping it up for an hour is a safety concern. There was no toilet paper in any of the 3 stalls. Then, I ordered shrimp scampi and had to pay for a side dish! They told us that was the new policy. Thankfully, I don't live in or around this particular Red Lobster. We were just craving seefood while passing through. It's a disgrace to what used to be an amazing dining experience.

Ordered online for pickup. Had to sit and wait over an hour past the promised time to get our food. We didn't even get offered a drink or anything while waiting. When we got the food, I found that almost all my fried items were overcooked. I was okay with that but they left out my fries and the crab legs my wife got were plain instead of garlic butter so we had to go back. The fried potatoes in her crab dish were dried out. They didn't add bacon to my Caesar salad as requested. There were no croutons or cheese and the salad itself was overloaded with dressing and looked as if it had been scooped from the garbage.Only positives: The Mango lemonade was great. My wife loved her crab legs once she got the right flavor. The fried scallops were good.

No lie we had an issue but with no expectations the manager James Roberts made it beyond right!!!I can't show enough praise for how well things were handled which not only showed my family and zI that this business at least this location, really does love and appreciate their customers and will go above and beyond anything we've ever seen or personally experienced to make things right but also made a dying woman feel like she was in lobsterfest heaven. Our last night out having dinner out a restaurant with our mom whobis terminal wasn't the best it should have been, but tonight this awesome manager James made up for it by delivering the most awesomely delicious and very enjoyable feast here to our house in Warner Robins, GA, 30 minutes from where they are located in Perry, and it was enjoyed by all. My mom who felt like the queen tonight even to receive such a blessing was all smiles enjoying her favorite food in the whole world LOBSTER and she enjoyed every bite! She had the Lobster lovers with the two tails and some pasta with lobster and let me tell yas another thing for take out or delivery it was so so good. Cheddar Bay Bisquits were still warm, the food all just so flavourful and hands down delicious ?They not only made a wrong right but they renewed our feelings about this restaurant at this location anyway and we will surely not ever be able to forget it. We are going through a season of our lives at this time spending every moment with my mom and cherishing every minute but when we're able to even think about going out as a family and enjoying a great meal we will have this Red Lobster at the very top of our thoughts to go out to.Thank you again James Robert's. You handled the situation so professionally fabulous ?. I hope RL knows what a treasured part of their establishment they have in you.

I visit the Perry location on 2/27/2024 around 430ish. When I was seated I was told that it would be a while before someone came to the table to take my drink order being that there was only one server available at the moment. I had waited 10 minutes and the couple behind me was complaining about their wait as well which they had been waiting before I arrived. So I asked the manager and advised him about my wait and he seemed to not really care and just asked a server to take my order as a manager he didn't provide good customer serviceSecond, the restaurant needed some cleaning I was seated next to the lobster tank which u see in the photo this is disguising to have a guest seated next to this thing
