The food is great as usual yesterday me and my wife went to get some dinner. I ordered smoke wings and got fried wings. My wife wanted honey mustard and got ranch. We let that go. What we didn't like is the funky attitude the young lady had that was serving us. Sept 1 2024 4pm. She look as if someone made he be there with her funky attitude. Hire more people who understands customer service.

Nice looking place, we were looking for on our way home, thought we would give it try. The staff treated us like we were keeping them there, even though we came in 2 hours before they closed. It was empty and the mode from the staff was very very cold. The burger was ok, the ribs were ok. The Mac and was terribly old and mushy, a person without teeth could easily have eaten it. Overall, I don’t think we would ever return.
Being new to the area, I had asked about the best place to get BBQ that wasn’t the typical Sonny’s, etc. Shane’s was mentioned a lot but with the caveat that it was either hit or miss. I am happy to report that my experience was a hit (mostly). The BBQ Feast does not misrepresent itself in the slightest, either. Among 3 people, I think we got 8-9 meals out of it, which made it an amazing (and delicious) value. I try to pick any order I make up at the promised ready time, but on that day, it was not ready at that time. I had to sit and wait 5-10 minutes for them to bring my order out. That would be my only minor complaint, but definitely wouldn’t deter me from ordering to-go in the future.

The food is good service is great and all there' sauces are one of a kind they have loaded fries ? chicken or pork smoke wings with the best sides the ribs fall off the bone ?
Do NOT recommend. Bad service, food below average and tables were sticky and worn out. We change tables 3 times. Expensive for what you get too. Do NOT recommend.
