Let me first start off by saying, I called in a order and had to repeat myself several times. When I arrived at the restaurant, order didn't even go through so I had to reorder again. Finally received my order and it was wrong. Besides it being wrong, they were the worst tasting wings I ever had. I will not order anything from this place again. Worst experience and terrible service!

I had the chicken salad sandwich it was called the big mom it should have been called nasty it was no good it suppose to smoked chicken it tasted smoked but it didn't taste like chicken salad just a bunch of mayo throwed on chicken and toasted two slices of bread the fries was not good the first time I went the food was good they done fell off I won't be spending my money their anymore.... anybody read this review don't get the chicken salad sandwich u will be disappointed and upset that I spent your hard earned money on garbage and it didn't look like the picture no lettuce or tomatoes wasn't on it

We have had the 5.00 special the last two Tuesdays.Very good! My daughter mobile ordered and went in to get the food. The person running the register ( same person both times) did not speak one word to her. My daughter had to tell her why she was there( no hello May I help you or anything!) Cashier went and got the food and just handed it to her( again no thank you or anything) Does not make you feel very welcome nor make you feel like leaving a tip which she would have done if the girl had spoken!

Just ordered from Shane’s delivery…they delivery took over 30 minutes past the time they said. To add insult to injury, all of my food was not delivered. Called Shane’s (in Perry, Ga) and they said they could not refund my order because of corporate! Asking me if I could come get it (it’s a reason why I chose delivery). Poor customer service.

If you think about working for this company. DONT shavonna is a awful manager she steal time and money from the company her and Lex. She let her minions do her dirty work. She lets her minor daughter which is 6 come to the back where she is near the fryers as well They barely give you hours because they’re stealing hours and treat they’re employees terrible if you think about eating here don’t. Nothing is labeled they send out raw chicken tenders and raw hamburgers to the customers. They don’t care how the food look. the peach cobbler sits out all day if it was cooked at 11am they will still sell it to customers at 8pm if it’s still sitting out. They don’t care about nothing but the money the customers give to them some of the employees disrespect the customers as well not me but others. The dang back of the house was on fire the other day. They don’t have vents so while you are cooking the smoke doesn’t circulate it just sits and messes with people breathing

We are traveling to Florida, and I saw this bbq restaurant on Google Maps. Awesome food and great staff. Good was hot and served very quickly. I would definitely come here again. FYI... for those that may be bothered by Christian music. It wasn't very noticeable unless you're really paying attention.
