Stopped on our way to Florida like we usually do and to say I'm very disappointed is an understatement. Everything was accurate in the order but wings were way overcooked compared to what they usually are and the okra tasted burnt. We spent 50 dollars on this order and it was not what we were expecting. I guess this is my last time stopping here. Not going to spend this kind of money to be this disappointed 😞 the only reason I gave a 2 is because I was greeted as soon as I walked in.

6-6-25 3:30 p.m. Our family had a pulled pork platter, signature ribs platter, sliced pork sandwich, hot dog & mac n cheese. Everything was so delicious! The sides were fries, beans, coleslaw, and tots. Also good! The sodas and teas were in the largest glasses I've ever seen..lol BUT, the star of your restaurant is Zack, our server. Please take time to let him know his friendliness, professionalism, humor, and a megawatt smile does not go unnoticed by his customers. He is great. ☺️

I went there this morning and Jacey was so nice to me. I could tell that there was a rush and she made sure that my family was well taken care of. I will be coming back and asking for her to serve me again.

Brisket was hard and dry, ribs didn’t fall of the bone, you’ll get better slaw at Walmart, pretty much the only positive was the service.

Oh my word!! I ordered the brisket, and my husband ordered the 3 meat meal. After a short while, the cook came to our table to inform us that the brisket that was ready was not suitable in his opinion to serve. He asked which meat we'd like to have instead. I asked for the baby back ribs, and my husband said, "ribs for me, too." My baby back ribs were the BEST EVER! Faĺl off the bone! The flavor was so delicious! Yes, finger licking good! My husband ended up with spare ribs. Neither of us particularly care for those. But he said they weren't bad. Beans; yumm! Cole slaw, finished it all, even though I was pretty full because I had eaten everything, including the garlic bread, which was perfectly toasted on both sides! And as a definite plus, we didn't freeze while we waited for our food, or while we were waiting. They surely know how to please their customers ??❤️

Came in at 1:00 PM for lunch, left at 1:20 after being sat for 15 minutes with no server. 3 tables came in around us and got drinks and food while we waited for someone.

Worst customer service. I’ve ever had completely nonexistent. Sat for 30 minutes. Not one person from the staff. Acknowledged us. Serve the tables beside us, but still did not acknowledge us as a pain. Customer. I would like to think that Son could just absolutely do better.
I’ma huge fan of Sonny’s. The service was great but my ribs were overcooked. Some of them were hard ?. If I hadn’t already left I definitely wouldn’t taken it back. There’s no way they didn’t know it was hard when they put it in there to go container.

I have the chopped brisket sandwich and would get it again. I got a baked sweet potato as my side, and it was a good side. We also enjoyed an order of their peach cobbler egg rolls.
