Went there yesterday stood at the counter no other customers in the store and four employees just stare at me and know one was trying to take my order, what the heck is up with that, bad customer service
Answer to Management/owner: I received your reply, as far as how would I recommend you fix the issue, that’s a training/management problem, start getting names and sending people home half days will fix the problem

They absolutely cannot follow simple directions. Several times I've tried here and there because they're convenient to order one simple frap. Same one each time no changes what so ever and they flop each time 😔.

For over a month every time we get a caramel ribbon crunch it taste just like milk. EVERY SINGLE TIME. My husband gets one everyday faithfully before work(sometimes I pick it up for him) and lately it’s just no where near close. We’ve had it remade a few times and still it taste like milk. Idk if it’s new staff still learning the ropes or what but I don’t wanna pay $7 for a cup of caramel drizzled milk..

This is the best Starbucks location in Middle GA! My drinks are always perfect. Today I messed up and ordered at the Bonaire location, but came to Perry. They took care of me anyways and that really meant a lot!

My 🐶 MayBelle knows when we get to the drive through. The tail starts to wag about 70 mph. She loves getting the pup cup. Service and atmosphere is excellent. Never have had a bad experience.
Great manager who always makes an amazing coffee. They still have a few things to work on, being a new location, but overall great experience.

I used my birthday reward here. My order was a caramel crunch Frappuccino with whipped cream and extra caramel crunch. What I got tasted ok but with a lot more ice than usual. It also didn’t have whipped cream nor the extra caramel crunch. Not a horrible experience and might have been a one off but was disappointing for the birthday. ?
