My 🐶 MayBelle knows when we get to the drive through. The tail starts to wag about 70 mph. She loves getting the pup cup. Service and atmosphere is excellent. Never have had a bad experience.

I used my birthday reward here. My order was a caramel crunch Frappuccino with whipped cream and extra caramel crunch. What I got tasted ok but with a lot more ice than usual. It also didn’t have whipped cream nor the extra caramel crunch. Not a horrible experience and might have been a one off but was disappointing for the birthday. ?

I came to this location just this morning and was having a horrible day. After picking up my order I dropped my coffee in the parking lot. I angrily threw my trash away then one of the baristas (wish I caught her name) came outside and told me they were already making me another one. This was above my expectations and it was extremely nice. Thank you so much for hiring a wonderful crew!! Best Starbucks location!! ?❤️

Starbucks focus is on drive thru times making sure they don’t fall below standards so customers who walk in to order are served last. I’m sorry this is just so annoying. This has to change.
I visited the store tonight to purchase a green tea latte. The drive thru was long so I went inside at 8:06 PM. I was the only customer at the counter. First off I stood there for about 4 mins before anyone acknowledged me. The lady working the drive thru informed me that some one would be with me shortly. Shortly after that, the young lady up front fixing drinks stated that she would be with me shortly. I'm still waiting at this point. The young lady from the drive thru started communicating over her headset and shortly after a young man from the back came and took my order. I walked to my car very breifly at 8:11 and returned inside within a minute. I sat and continued waiting. While waiting, all 3 associates were communicating with each other over their head sets as I waited. The young lady responsible for fixing my drink took her time, wiping the counter down while laughing and talking with her co-workers over the head set. I then asked for a refund. By now it is 8:20. The young man issued a refund and said the drink was almost finish if I wanted it. At this point, I no longer have a taste for the drink. I visit this location very frequently and this is the worse customer service experience I have every encountered here.

After just moving from Florida, and experiencing inconsistencies with the Starbucks closest to me there, it’s nice to find one that staffs not only friendly baristas, but also ones who can make a drink as it is supposed to be. Each time I have been here, I was met with a friendly voice, smiling face, prompt service, and a well-made drink, and you can’t ask for more than that.
