Mr. Lloyd was so amazing. From the moment we walked in! He greeted and it was such a wonderful experience from that point on! He crafted our sandwiches amazingly. Was super kind and polite. Provide extra tips to make the sandwiches better. I've never had a better experience in a Subway! This man deserves so much praise! They only had Sprite and Coca-Cola. The cooler door would not stay shut , and I had to repet myself multiple times. Like we could not hear, and ASL wasn't welcome ? I have to learn it because my son but yet America is taking over by Spanish SMH. Like English, omg.
Parking: The parking is very tight , no lines anybody parks how they want to and yet no handicap service parking I think everybody should have ASL. American sign language ? Good thing I can speak, unlike my son. He's non-verbal.
Kid-friendliness: I'm not sure my stop in was 99% not going back.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's hard to tell nothing lined out people just sitting around like homeless ?

Visited back in May. We were the only people there. Food trays were sitting out on trays with flies around. Counters, tables, floor, and food prep areas were disgusting with crumbs, food remnants, and who knows what else. Restrooms were filthy. Building's ceiling and walls were moldy. Staff was kind of rude and didn't seem to appreciate our business. Resturant needs a thurough cleaning and employees need to learn better customer service.
