This place has gone down tremendously. I used to love coming here, but I won’t ever go again. The food rations were cut down by more than half. The new employees are so stingy it is sickening. I paid more than I have ever paid in a subway, and got a toddler sized portion. Also, I do not like the fact that they put up a huge metal shield so that you cannot watch your sandwich being made. She knew she was rationing her damn tuna.. what I am eating cannot be called a tuna sandwich.. it is missing the tuna part.. it is now just bread.

Very unhappy with the new way this place is run. This used to be favorite subway, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. They have a metal shield up where you can’t see the meat. I don’t like this at all. I went a few weeks ago and it was like this, thought I’d give it a second try today and it’ll be my last. They put little to no meat on sub and I paid $10… they need to get rid of the shield. I think they are trying to cut corners and give people less meat. Super irritating.

horrible customer service. the lady looked bothered by my presence. i made a simple mistake by assuming that the coupon i had was able to be used with one of the elite sandwhiches. what i got was. “if i would have saw that i would have told you No” No ma’am. you don’t have to talk to people like that. speaking as someone who works in customer service it was rude and disrespectful. probably going to start using the one off Sam Nunn. Never had an issue there…..

I have always used coupons here but today the lady in charge declined my coupon and said they never used them before and it was at the owners decision.I was polite but I will never be back.I use coupons all the time everywhere because I live off of my disability. But will be sure to tell my friend.
Food is always good and they've never got my order. But it's like rolling the dice with the employee serving you. Sometimes they're very cheery and happy, other times they look annoyed when you walk through the door.

I used to work for this place like 3 months ago I been calling and texting the owner and his wife about my separation notice they won’t answer nor txt back and on top of that they kept my tip money for the month of November because I quit do anyway know corporate number ??

There's a coworker there, I think he go by the name Tay? not sure. He was rushing through my food, swearing in front of me, grab my bread without any gloves, and he even had the stomach to throw food at his other coworkers the moment I the building. During the time my food was made, he was having a conversation over me ordering. I understand if it was important because I've been working for almost 19 years now and you can't give people your best all the time but, no respect was shown from this young man.
