I felt rushed as the person whom took my order appeared frustrated with my inquires. I was ordering lunch for myself and 8 other coworkers. I wanted some add on but she seem annoyed with my ordering so I and my coworkers felt cheated out of the fulfillment of a satisfying meal. 🙄🤨

No chips for nachos but that was fine so I ordered tacos and a quesadilla. The quesadilla was filled with plain mayo and chicken. There was no quesadilla sauce in it. The taco meat tasted like it was sitting in water and chemicals from whatever cookware they cooked it in. Never again. I’ll make my own.

Went through the drive through and they could t hear us so we pulled up and they wouldn’t take our order! So we just left. Can’t rate the food because we did t get anything!

On Sunday night I entered Taco Bell to pick up my order and was treated like a wild animal. I did nothing wrong but question the tall male employee with his hair twisted or with dreads on the timeframe my food would be ready and he was 100 💯 percent rude. He began using hand gestures informing me about the long drive-thru line and the busy lobby like my order didn't matter. Please keep in mind my order was placed online 30-45 minutes prior to any of the customers arriving inside the lobby with the exception of one customer. Then, the light skinned young lady overheard me tell another customer how slow they were and had the audacity to say it is just one of me when four individuals were preparing the food during my arrival to TB. This customer waited 10 minutes or longer and received no services and walked out. One young man took his break or clock out after I arrived, a second young man was walking around doing much of nothing. They really needed the middle-aged black man that wear glasses and is always professional and on point with preparing the food. Hey, if you're not prepared to work hard and do your job at Perry's taco Bell during busy and stressful time seek employment somewhere else. The rudeness and unprofessionlism was not necessary. Next time I will record my interaction with the rude staff for your corporate office review.

The customer service is horrible !! Some white girl with brown hair that was taking orders ( I ate here on a Saturday night on july 5th) had the worst attitude ever ! She doesn’t accommodate to your needs and she’s very rude and hostile . She made my whole experience here uncomfortable and all I wanted was to order my food and go ..
I had the bite size cinnamon donuts they were disgusting took them back manager after like she didn’t want the girl at the window to give me a refund they were hard and not edible I won’t be going back Perry Ga

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell in Central GA . The staff are beyond rude and my order is rarely correct. 3 times ( out of 5) I have been missing items from my order. I would not recommend this location.
This Taco Bell always packages their food very neatly and never fail to make good food service is always quick, they’re always on point been here on multiple occasions.
