A hit or miss with this company as well. Whether it's a mobile order through the app or an order made inside, the food is always made wrong. The staff is low quality that really don't care to make the food correct the 1st or 2nd time. I get that it's the dynamic of the company now, but they can definitely do better. Listen to the customers and bring back quality menu items and a quantity staff. Pay them more and maybe they'll perform better.
Mobile order for pick up, myself as well as a sit down customer stood at the counter for quite a long time until a young guy FINALLY came over to see what we needed. I had no idea the bag by the wall had been sitting there the whole time, no one cared to ever walk over (this was at least 8 to 10 minutes)

They only had 3 people working in total. Obviously it probably wasn't their fault and they were probably doing their best with the situation at hand. It did take well over 30 minutes to get through the line though.
