Super friendly service!

Just wanted a quick meal vs cooking. Got a salad with no dressing and the cheesecake bites with no dipping sauce. Yes I should’ve checked before driving off but it would’ve been nice if what’s advertised with something actually comes with it. And they weren’t even busy. I’ll be driving to the one on Sam Nunn moving forward.

I went through the drive thru and got a boneless wings 5 pc meal hot honey mustard with a Coke Zero. I paid for it at the first window the gentleman was very nice, I went to the second window and the young lady was fixing the drink and overflowed the cup which was no big deal until she was handing it to me with it dripping coke all around it. I asked for napkins to wipe it off and she looked at me as if I had 3 heads. I was very nice about it, but I suppose I offended her. She handed me the napkins and the drink along with the food but offered no straw or plastic ware. I drove 45 mins home and when I opened it up, there was very very very little hot mustard on the wings I took a photo but not sure how to add it here. I was very disappointed in this zaxbys.

We're wondering about the chicken. Our sandwiches have had weird chicken meat. Chewy and a little tough. But, their fries are the best! And a lot of drink options.

Fry were cold, spicy sandwich was not spicy, told manager and he acted with no concern at all, poorly run with this shift on Feb 2nd night shift

The rudest person I've ever experienced in a restaurant was at Zaxby's in Perry Ga ... Some hot headed foul mouth boy name "Noah"Mr manager yelled and berated his employees and me as a customer for asking him to calm down and watch his speech... He then refused my order and told me to leave. Two other customers followed
Me out the restaurant because of Mr Noah inappropriate and disrespectful actions
