We're wondering about the chicken. Our sandwiches have had weird chicken meat. Chewy and a little tough. But, their fries are the best! And a lot of drink options.

The rudest person I've ever experienced in a restaurant was at Zaxby's in Perry Ga ... Some hot headed foul mouth boy name "Noah"Mr manager yelled and berated his employees and me as a customer for asking him to calm down and watch his speech... He then refused my order and told me to leave. Two other customers followed

Excellent first visit! Restaurant, bathrooms and all areas were clean, including tables, which is a bonus. Employees were fabulous, kind, and courteous. Food was served hot and fresh no complaints! Love the seasoning on the french fries. The MrBeast box was super cool and tasty. Managed well, hope they can continue the greatness :-)

5 stars all around. The staff were fantastic and th manager really moved to help everyone get their food hot and fresh. Overall, everything and everyone was Clean, Listened, Accurate , Respectful , and Kind. Plus the manager was super cute

Peeps work very hard here, & they are just SO NICE.. Big difference in attitude here from other cities. Such wonderful & cheerful people here. I wonder if it's in the water? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?

The food was not good. Again. The "Signature" chicken sandwich was so hard and dry I had to throw it out. And the lettuce on the salad was wilted and old. Will not be going back

They abandoned a perfectly good establishment basically adjacent to this brand new one thinking building a "new" location would fix their problem! But... A brand new building doesn't fix bad service! Which was the problem at the old location. Save the heartache and go to the one on the bypass. I mean there's nothing wrong with the food here... If it is what you ordered.

Visited this location 9/15/2024 and I was pleased by the decor and modern style but there were a few downsides. The dine in service was extremely slow. The staff was friendly but lacked urgency. We waited almost 20 minutes before receiving our food. Also, the women’s restroom was dirty which was unfortunate since the location appears to be new. The restrooms barely had toilet tissue, the trash was over flowing, and the sink and floor was messy. Overall, the location is nice and could do better with cleanliness and wait times.

Abby, my Order-Taker, did a FANTASTIC job getting me what I wanted - I ordered (4) Cobb Salads with grilled chicken on two, and fried on the other two. I also ordered chicken fingers for 3 ! Abby divided the food up PERFECTLY, IN the proper bags, so that Everyone got what they wanted - dressings, sauces and ALL! AND, all the food was GREAT!!
PLEASE thank Abby and the Chefs ! This Zaxbys is terrific!!

Me and my sister went through tonight around 9:30 and everything was amazing! Also want to call out Mrs. Nancy at the drive thru. She was exceptional, and was so kind!! All of our food was hot and delicious!! Highly recommend.
