Just no. Terrible service -waitress was almost shouting at us, almost aggressive. We waited almost an hour for our food, and it wasn’t worth the wait at all. We asked to have a wrap made into a sandwich with sourdough and it came out with one piece of sourdough and everything piled on top of it. You think they could get it right here but they never seem to. Won’t be back unless Callaway can get this place running efficiently with good food

Great staff, good food and convenient for golfers!
This is located in the heart of Callaway Gardens. It is in the building with the golf shop right next to the place where you start your golfing adventure. It is just to the west of Mr Cason’s Garden. You have to pay to get into the park and you need a key card to get into the parking lot unless you walk. We were visiting the gardens and decided to rent a golfcart for a day. This location is where you pick them up and return them so we decided to get a bite to eat. That is how we found Champion’s Grille. It was a little space next to the pro shop. There are a few tables inside and some outside. The one person manning the counter was very nice. The menu is pretty basic but they have the essentials of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, wings, wraps, burgers, fries and drinks. We ordered and got our burger and french fries very quickly. The burger was good although I was not a fan of the fries. The sandwiches and burgers were $15-$20 so it is a little more expensive than local but it was good. Overall, it is a nice place to get a bite in the middle of the gardens or before or after your golf game. Enjoy.

I took my god sister to Champion’s Grill for a late lunch. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Lois. after personally showering her with praise, she simply said, “ I make everything with love.” Thank you, Miss Lois.

Iron horse grill is great. Very good service. Food delicious. Grouper tacos and fries were delicious.
We ate here twice during our stay. Jennifer and Mae are great servers and made us feel at home 💙 we had the pimiento burger the first time. It is a double patty so I struggled to eat it but my boyfriend loved his. It comes with fresh tasting waffle fries or tater puffs. The next time I got the Philly cheese steak. It was smaller so not as good of a value so I’d recommend the burger. A great place to relax overlooking the golf course… much nicer than the indoor restaurant at the lodge.

Always fantastic food! I’ve never had anything I didn’t love here. Today’s visit was steak and vegetable soup and the BBQ burger. I also LOVED the red headed something margarita with a little added ginger. Live music is a lovely addition on the weekends too.
Top notch customer service, and the food was delicious! Our table tried the chicken and waffles, ribeye tips, mashed potatoes, mozzarella sticks, and brussel sprouts. Then I got the Honey Black Jack burger, added onion rings to it and got a side of fried green tomatoes and put one of those on the burger as well. DIVINE!! The atmosphere was laidback and friendly and had a great vibe. Live music was Mick Billingsley and we really enjoyed him as well! Would absolutely return in the future!!
Let me start by saying the hotel made our stay very pleasant. We only had one issue and Cedric took care of it. The bar staff, Donna and Renee were excellent. The restaurant is a whole different story. We went for the prime rib buffet . Couldn't find an employee to seat us and when we finally did there was no one at the carving station. We walked out and ate at the bar. We brought it to the managers attention. The hamburgers are very good but the fries tasted old. The next night we got fish and chips which were barely warm. Breakfast was horrible! Cold plates, cold food. We paid a lot of money to stay there at resort prices but did not receive resort service. To top it off one of the employees wore a shirt that said Warning I really don't care. And in my opinion that's about how the whole restaurant felt. Unfortunately we had paid for bed and breakfast. They need plate warmers and maybe a microwave where people can heat their food. The waffles could double for a hockey puck. The restaurant definitely needs to get new management. We have stayed at Callaway before and we were very pleased. Not this time and I doubt that we will return. We spent over $2000 and it was not worth it.
My wife and I were invited to a wedding being held in the chapel on the grounds. We stayed two nights. Our room was nice sized with a king sized bed. The one drawback was it was very expensive compared with similar rooms we have stayed at in nicer hotels. Almost $100 of each days cost was taxes and resort fees. We did not use the hot tub or pool but they were pretty. My wife said they need a magnifying mirror in the bathrooms. We did not eat on the grounds but the restaurant was busy at night. They need more premium TV channel options
