We drove over 45 mins for a cake testing, in anticipation of using her for my niece's 1st birthday party. Upon entry, her home bakery smelled like someone just finished smoking 2 packs of cigarettes. The smell was distinct \\u0026 undeniable. We overlooked it. Her cupcakes tasted like boxed cake; we couldn't taste the vanilla in the vanilla cupcake nor the cream cheese in the cream cheese frosting. However, we were willing to guide her with tweaking the recipes to our liking. Before leaving, we made arrangements with her to finalize our dessert selections. She even promised to deliver the cake by 6AM on the day of the party. Unfortunately, she lied to us. Ultimately, she chose to ignore all of our calls, voicemails, \\u0026 emails. After leaving the cake tasting, we never heard from her again. If you're looking for a reliable baker, she's not the one. Thankfully, we were able to find a baker in town who delivered on her commitment.

POOR COMMUNICATION and UNPROFESSIONAL. My sister discovered her online when looking for a baker for my daughters birthday cake. Despite inconsistent communication and her ignoring our messages and called for 4 days and canceling our consultation last minute we push forward and schedule another meeting (45mins away) and taste testing. We had our hesitations after the tasting but eventually decided to give her a try. We messaged her, called and left messages to adjust the invoice and add additional items yet NEVER received a reply or even a call back. I have plan parties all the time and have dealt with many vendors but never had a vendor ghost their customers. Would never use her nor would I recommend her to any of my family or friends.

My husband and I had a lovely experience at this Cafe. I ordered shrimp and Grits and he ordered biscuits and gravy. Both were delicious and were nice hefty portions. The waitress was really nice too. The interior of the restaurant was cute, clean, and had a good lighthearted atmosphere. We dined on Sunday morning so there were few other customers in. However, as locals to Pine Mountain, this is a great spot for breakfast on the weekend. We'll certainly be back to try their pastries!

Came in expressly for the buy one, 1/2 off second Philly cheesesteaks. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. $21.05 for 2 sandwiches with one 1/2 price really?? Have had her sweets before, won’t be back. Young lady working the counter needs training in customer service and what specials are running.

Excellent desserts. I was actually hoping to get something off of the menu that could be a meal but I couldn’t figure out when anything other than desserts are available for purchase. Hopefully next time I’m in town I’ll arrive at the right time or the staff on duty will know how to answer that question. Kat and her husband Don are absolutely amazing! Such a warm feel good experience from when you walk in the door! The pork chops in mushroom gravy, honey carrots, and collard greens were amazing! The cupcakes are melt in your mouth wonderful! It was such a joy just taking with Kat and Don! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

This place was so good!! We went in not knowing what we were in for. We got Chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetables, cheesecake, and a brownie sundae. All of which was too good for words!! The Owners were some of the sweetest people we’ve ever met. Would 100% recommend this place!!!
