This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any chain restaurant. The ladies at the counter acted like I was the biggest inconvenience, although I was the only one at the restaurant. My order was wrong and I hesitated to go back in because of how terrible they were the first time.
Reluctantly I went back and at this point five people were in front of me waiting, the tension and awkwardness of the situation in how terrible these women were was unbearable. This restaurant either needs to be shut down or they need to fire the front of house and start over. The gentleman working in the kitchen was hard at work and had no issues with him at all.
This was the worst guest experience. A gentleman in front of me mentioned that he knew the owner and he would call him as soon as he got in the car. He was irate mentioning that he knew the owner would just be sitting behind the tv not worried about any of it. Simply sad.

Bj was supposed to have our chicken buckets ready for Easter and told us they would have it ready by 12 to pick up the next day for it. We came to pick it up and the manager said she had no idea and they didn’t have enough for what we had ordered. Very frustrating!

The manager was rude when I ordered lunch on Saturday. Ranch and chicken do not go together, according to her. But I was going to let that go and not even review this restaurant because I do not like confrontation. My boyfriend and I left with my leftovers, and I ate the rest at around 7 p.m. on Saturday, 1/4. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until almost finishing the chicken that it was undercooked in the middle. After discovering that, the rest went directly into the trash. Sunday, yesterday, January 5th, I was admitted to the ER by 7:30 p.m. due to food poisoning and dehydration. I do not recommend this establishment unless y'all want a 300+ ER bill after insurance.

Were at this location late New Years Day with few options open and after a horrible dinner at a nearby restaurant. Staff here were super friendly and while they had just been wiped out by a bus load of folks and were about to close they offered us whatever options they could. We happily left with box of chicken legs, fresh biscuits, mash potatoes etc.
