I ordered food for pick up at 6:37. I came at 7PM and my order was not ready they said it will be 20 minutes because my nuggets were not dropped after waiting 15 minutes my order was presented. With more than half of it missing. The manager, I think that was who he was, was very rude yelling at me if this was my order. I did not have my glasses in and it took a minute to go through systematically and show everything that was missing. I was treated very rudely and with contempt for just asking for the food that I’ve already paid for. Do not waste your time or money because this place is horrific.

The staff was very rude,my order wasn't correct, they dropped some of the food on to the dirty stainless table and picked it up and put it in the box, left stuff out of my bag , and said nothing the whole time,just looked at me as if I was an inconvenience. Food was terrible obviously. Nasty the place needs to be shut down if they can't get better staff than that.

During prime dinner time no chicken cooked, a half hour wait and the greasiest chicken i ever ate. We paid near $50 for HORRIBLE food! No one ate more than one piece and only a couple of bites it was so bad. Another man got his an DD it was burnt dark brown. Somebody step up to the plate and fix this place!

Of all KFC's that I have been to, this was the worst place I have ever visited. I will not be back. The food was ok. The dining area was NOT clean, and the worker's attitudes were awful. If we had read the reviews before going, we wouldn't have went there.
