Stopped off after a bike ride for a bite to eat. Initially, the young lady was working along but doing very well. Ordered, ate. No issues to speak of besides the dining room being a bit untidy. But, when only one is working I can see why it would be hard to get to when you're busy. No complaints. 👍

I just left this particular location. The girl they had in there was alone for starters. That’s not safe, small town or not. Secondly she had a smart mouth. I asked her about the cheese because I can’t see it. We can see all the other sandwich items, but not the cheese. I asked her what the cheeses were, as in how they looked. She’s like, “there’s a list right there?”. Yea, I can read quite well, but what normal person knows what Monterey Jack cheese looks like just off the name? Girl, SHOW ME THE CHEESE? I came on behalf of my parents, but I won’t be back.

They refuse all coupons all together. They don't care if it digital or paper. They denied they all at Pine Mountain location.
I take business to another subway that accept coupons.
If I could contact corporate I would tell corporate about how this location denies coupons but yet one website it said as long as they good they have to take them for digital. Paper coupons they can have choice if it said participating U.S. restaurants.
I wouldn't recommend this location for any visitors coming to visit the area.

The manager is Racist my husband went in there with workers mind you he’s always gone to Subway’s and they always understand. She was acting frustrated like she didn’t understand and at one point Started raising her voice, so my husband started raising his voice too. She said you know how to say chipotle and mayonnaise you know English say it right. that’s when I stepped in and she started raising her voice at me & I told her not yell at me because I wasn’t yelling the she said that’s just how she talks. Do not recommend this place I wish I could post a video but It won’t let me as you can see in the video. She was just standing there telling him to say correctly in English.

I went in yesterday (10/10/2024 @ 1:30pm). I told the first lady what type of sandwich I wanted the bread cheese and I wanted it toasted. She put it in the toaster then the other girl who was going to do the topping took it out but I asked her to change gloves and thats when all hell broke out. I asked her to change gloves even said please but I asked her to change because the gloves she had on she had on when she wiped food off the counter she had them on when she went to the back to get a container. I said can you please change your gloves then she started to get very rude and then the other lady jumped in. It was a simple request and I even said please. Very rude!

I was there today. I had multiple orders. They were patient and everything was perfect. They labeled all my items and bagged them up nicely. I was very impressed with the service. Best subway I’ve experienced in a long time.

Ordered two tuna subs with double tuna. The tuna was bad!!! As in, it was spoiled! The bread was hard, and the cookies were undercooked! They had no ice, so I'm assuming their refrigeration was down as well, so they were holding the tuna, mayo, etc at unsafe temps. Again, that's an assumption. Just trying to get my mind around the fact that they sold and served spoiled food! It makes no sense to make people sick while attempting to save money and keep food costs down. That's NOT the way to do it! Toss it and start over! Meanwhile, I advise the public to stay clear! Now off to get some Pepto.

We only needed two cups of ice water. They charged us $5.00 (full price of 2 sodas) for the two cups of ice water ( not bottled water, just cups of water )and were told they had to charge for water as if it were a soda.We have never been charged for water before like that.They must be under new management. $5.00 for two cups of water, way too expensive and ridiculous!!!!

February 22, 2024 2:20pm Disrespectful Personnel called back to let them know they left my tomatoes off didn’t cut my onions or bell peppers & gave wrong dressing in bag. I was just gone ask could I bring back get the things that was missing and stuff.The lady told me she didn’t have time for me my complaints n not fixing to argue. I said no 1 is arguing but put your manager on please since u don’t have time for a customer. Hung upI called back she still in back ground being rude after another young lady answered and was very polite n said the lady that was being rude was the manager LoLI said can u take my number to have your area manager call meThis was the Worst Customer Service disrespectful person in management they could haveSubway definitely needs to do better
