I purchased tickets to a Luau that was canceled. I have yet to be reimbursed or have my tickets modified to a different date. All they do is transfer my call to different people who have NO idea what to do. im frustrated and would not recommend Callaway Gardens to anyone.
My husband and I spent a night there for our upcoming anniversary. Unfortunately, there was bad weather which I know cannot be controlled, but they did not handle it very well. The gardens were shut down and the power went out in the lodge and they didn’t do anything about it. I reached out to customer service and nobody got back to me.
Going through hoops to try to get a refund for the light show that was canceled. Disappointing.
Giant scam! The customer service agents you speak with lie on the phone lie to customers. The agent I spoke with told me the last trolley ran at 9 pm. When I got to the Gardens, the last trolley in fact ran at 7 pm. Their online site was still selling tickets even though the trolley was closed. The onsite staff were rude and condescending. Two days later, after multiple calls, no one has contacted me back! Do not waste your time nor money here!
They no longer accept open table reservations, yet you can still make the reservation. When you show up the response is just sorry we don't accept it. We have tried to get it off the site???? You can then be added to the end of the waitlist. Poor response by management and callaway gardens should do better
Had reservations at 11sunday manger would no honor them !!manger would not even seat us wife and 2 children restrant was 1/2 full ! He was so rude to us we left ! Said he didn’t care if we left or not the employees there said he was always that way !!!
Went two days in a row and had totally different experiences. Went a Friday morning with short wait, exceptional service, I think her name was Kelly, and the food was fantastic. We were excited about going back Saturday morning and had already decided what we were ordering and looking forward to coffee to start. People were standing around waiting everywhere and they said the wait would be close to an hour. There were empty tables everywhere and one section was totally empty. When we asked why we were told it was a kitchen backup problem. We could have accepted that if we could have sat down and at least had some coffee but were told there were other places in Pine Mountain. We went to a breakfast buffet but it was just food to eat and nothing special except the service was wonderful. As busy as they were they cleaned tables and got people seated as fast as possible.

My visit definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. My wife and I arrived at 2:10 pm with the kitchen having an advertised 3 pm closing time. But apparently the manager decides the last seating. Turned away hungry.

After an hour wait at the table our order was finally taken. Had to ask for silverware and refills on drinks. Food was good but portions were extremely small for the price. Holiday menu did not specify what came with it
Definitely will not be returning!!!

I was furious when I walked in and discovered they would not honor our reservation. Terrible.
When we arrived they said they do not acknowledge reservations and the wait would be at least 1-2 hours.
Reservations can not even be seen by hostess. Lots of tables empty and still waited 30 minutes . Server took order brought food and never checked on us again. We waited way too long for bill. Not a good experience at all

Reviewers are so silly….’no one greeted me’…’we had to wait for silverware’…..Talk about spoiled Americans! Eat at home. Lol. Most of Going Out, is to spend time with others you care about and not do any of the work. So you had a soggy fry…send it back and let them correct it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. My friend had the giant fried green tomato sandwich. I had the fabulous Brunswick Stew with a side of fried green tomatoes. Service was also great, fast and friendly. Prices were moderate. View was majestic.
