Staff was very friendly and courteous. Ordered from app and then went inside to wait for food. Disappointed in the bread on both subs. The bread was very dry. Never had sub bun so dry. Ordered one on white, one on wheat. Originally ordered Italian herb and cheese bread, but they were out. We didn't have a problem to switch that, however the bread didn't seem fresh. They were also out of MVP sauce(their Italian), and pretzels. Once sandwiches were done, gal found the pretzels.
Wait time was longer than expected, but they must have had a busy lunch. Cashier did apologize for long wait, which was nice of her to acknowledge it. I appreciated that.

Online orders should not be prioritized over people standing there in person I had to wait for almost 30 minutes before anybody would acknowledge I was standing there just to get one sandwich made and there were two people waiting behind me ..that is extremely disrespectful to customers and for that I’ll gladly be taking my money else where even if I have to drive farther want mind it a bit if it means I’ll be shown respect as a walk in paying customer

I went up there tonight, and when I went in the people in The subway was already getting attitudes because we were in there at 9:25. That is the most rudest people I have ever seen they will never get business from me ever again. She caught an attitude with my daughter just because it was fixing to be closing time at 10 o’clock we got there at 9:20

The lady is very rude when I order my sandwich and ask for something is there or not and got furious on me. I don’t recommend this subway for stop by. If you want good service then please go to some other Subway ?

Female employee was very cold just borderline rude. Resting B Face the whole time. Barely spoke to me, just enough to make my sandwich. But once her phone rang she would light up and forget she was helping me and answer the text while dancing like she was at the club cause an older Hip Hop song came on with the curse words! When she was done she put her phone away and the RBF came back just staring at me instead of speaking to me! I'm going to get food before I park here for the night.

1st of all its rude for the convenience store side employees to both play and laugh out loud as customers walk in and out the store. Do they drug test at this particular location or no????Also,This subway and the employees are horrible and lazy. I was not greeted and the employee was making another employee a free sandwich.I didn’t order any food! I immediately walked away! I will not return until I have received some type of written confirmation that there are new employees working there. This is who you all have representing subway. The face of subway should definitely be new smiling faces cause this is not it!!!!!!!
