Went here today. We got nothing but attitude, customer service nonexistent. I wish workers would take their jobs serious. If you can't be kind you don't need to be there. Your job is not that important to you.

this was THE worst store ever. my 15 yr old went inside and wanted to get food but the employees were too busy talking about getting laid and having sex that they werent worried about makin our orders. at this point i had already been in the subway for 30 minutes and then they say there is no white bread. everyone had attitudes , everyone looked dirty and unprofessional. so we left and then i call to talk to a manager and they said they didnt have a manager available AFTER laughing in my face over the phone , so i proceed to ask for a store number and the lady who answered the phone hung up in my face

Mrs. Monica Granville and her staff at the Subway in Pinehurst, GA. did an outstanding job on our sub catering order. Mrs. Monica was very helpful when we ordered the sandwiches and came in early for work today to make sure our order was completed on time. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty! I was there with my family the guy who was there he was helpful and the girl there she was very rude she showed attitude when I ordered I think her name was carrel and I wont come here again bcz she made me feel bad about my food even I am paying to get it. Its not like Its free food and I felt bad to just order here because It seemed like she didn’t like working here or she didn’t wanna be here. I worked at subway as well in the past and i never ever treated my customers like that no matter how bad my day was i was always nice to my customers.

I walk up. There's a cleaning bucket sitting on the prep line. The tall black lady that works there puts it in the sink, then asks what can I get you? I said foot long on wheat. She takes the bread out with her dirty cleaning gloves and sets it on the prep line... bends down, reaches for dirty rags, and throws them into the cleaning bucket and proceeds to ask what kind of sandwich? I politely asked her to change gloves and then get me a fresh piece of bread due to unsanitary actions. She turned her head to grasp her composure, acting like it was rude of me to ask... I said no, thank you. I'm not eating here. If you're unsanitary in front of a customer, then I can only imagine how it is when the customers don't see. Never again 🤮

The worst place I have ever visited in my life, we were poorly served by a lady with a horrible appearance
Staff was very friendly and courteous. Ordered from app and then went inside to wait for food. Disappointed in the bread on both subs. The bread was very dry. Never had sub bun so dry. Ordered one on white, one on wheat. Originally ordered Italian herb and cheese bread, but they were out. We didn't have a problem to switch that, however the bread didn't seem fresh. They were also out of MVP sauce(their Italian), and pretzels. Once sandwiches were done, gal found the pretzels.
Wait time was longer than expected, but they must have had a busy lunch. Cashier did apologize for long wait, which was nice of her to acknowledge it. I appreciated that.
