Applebee's Grill + Bar

For Asians, most of the food tastes salty. I ordered steak and one of the three came out too late. I don't think I will visit again.

Server was really nice and I hate to complain but I ordered medium well steak but I have gotten an overcooked well done steak spinach dip wasn't the best it was okay I guess you get more tortilla chips than dip. But once again thanks for the server she was really sweet. Sweeter than my tea

Horrible. Wait for ever. They tell you 15 min wait. 45 mins later you get seated. Over 13 tables empty. Bar tender complains about have too many tables. Hostess girl is sweet and waitress Karen is good. Watched over 30 people come in and leave because of the wait and empty tables. Come eat while it's still open. Company losing money and this will bankrupt them one day soon.

Took a little longer than it normally does for me to get my food. Fries were warm not hot but I didn't send it back because I don't like bothering people. I went for the 1/2 appetizer price.

Update 3/17/25 got a email how they were sorry and were gonna try to train there staff better lol
Up date came in after the circus on 3/8/2025. Same thing as last time we are short handed its gonna be a wait. No biggie waited got to table got order in quick. Then the choas happened. First got 2 of the 3 kids orders out with in 15 mins pretty quick for applebees. Then the apps came out 10 mins which is kinda wierd cause i was hoping to get that first she asked if we had anything else i said his burger and my steak. 20 mins later my steak came out which was crazy cause i ordered medium rare and maybe the place had 10 tables. I looked over because my 3rd kid hadnt got his food and though he was killing the apps he was bummed not to get his food. Noticed a dude in kitched had no hair net on but choose to wear a face mask super helpful i guess. Then 30 mins later the server came by to chdck on us asked if we had everything i noted my kid never got his food she went to go get it i notified her not to worrry about it. She then brought me the receipt i gladly paid for it because we did get the food that was on the receipt. I asked for the manager she came over asked what the issue was i figured the server told her but i guess not. I explained the situation she asked what she could do but honestly there isnt anything. This place just sucks i told her it was crazy how this place is. She said hopefully next time we csn do better we are short staffed. But obviously u cant the same issue has been going on more then a year. Came in Sunday 12/17/2023 night around 745 place was fairly empty. I told the hostess I had 10 people coming she said it would be a 30 min wait because they only had 3 servers. I was like ok np. We waited around 815 we were sat at a table with 8 chairs. I asked our waitress if we could move the kids to a small table behind us to cover for the error np. Everyone got there we ate our food it came out fairly quick the server made sure we had our drinks steadily. But to be honest the food was garbage. One person got the Mac with chicken which was literally some cheese noodles with chicken tenders on top. Another person got chicken. Said it taste like chef Mike got ahold of it. A couple of use got steaks with a tiny bit of shrimp as in 2 salad shrimp. The portions of the cheapest shit mashed potatoes was tiny but thats ok because they were covered in grease. We were told there weren't anymore wings which is crazy but ok but they had boneless wings. The wings were dried out. We spent almost 400 dollars in there but the next day all anyone could talk about was how horrible the food was. That's how u guys do things.

This was an awful experience. I'm not sure if the server was new. She wasn't rude but needed alot of training. The manager didn't seem too bothered either. When in the area, pick another place. There's many to choose from.

Was informed wait time would be 40-45 minutes. At 45 minutes was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. Fairly certain people who arrived after us were seated first. Food was excelent, service was good. Even so would never had waited that long to be seated ordinarily.

Been over an hour since I have received my food from my call in to pick it up. I’ve tried to call multiple times & no one has picked up the phone. They told me it was gonna be 15 minutes but it has not. I was highly upset & I still am. I told them my name & they still put the wrong name on my order. Bad service.

My experience here is very horrible. We’re trying to have a celebration here in the servers is not doing a good job 100% do not recommend this place. the servers is all over the place and again we’re trying servers is have a good time and we waited like three hours, just to get our food as I speak. I’m still waiting on my damn food.

Our service was great, but the decline of Applebee’s has never been more apparent than this location. While the atmosphere is great, and the serving staff is very attentive the food has suffered greatly. Now the ribs and the steak were great, but the sides were very disappointing. Tiny little portions and a terrible quality. The presentation of the food was also no good. I miss the way Applebee’s used to be.

Super Bowl Sunday ‘25. Ordered a variety of appetizers. Wings, boneless wings, cheese sticks, salads, quesadillas, etc. Pull into designated parking spot right on time and let them know. About 10 minutes later server comes out and tells me the wings will take about 15 more minutes. Ok, waiting… Close to 30 minutes later my order finally comes out. Get home and we dive in. Nothing is edible except the wings that I waited an additional 30 minutes for. Garbage! All of it. The salads smelled bad and tasted worse. The cheese sticks, quesadillas, boneless wings, etc all disgusting. What a waste of time and money! And please don’t ask for more information, this should be all you need to know.

The place is disgustingly dirty. I would not touch anything in this place. Service was terrible, all the servers on their phones sitting at a table or standing in the window looking at the cooks. Someone in charge really needs to look at this place and fire the managers for allowing it to get that way.

We waited almost an hour for our food. The steaks were cooked incorrectly. We asked for medium well and we received well done. The scoop of mashed potatoes was pitiful. The broccoli was supposed to be Cheesy broccoli and it was broccoli with a few shreds of cheese on top. Not melted. We ended up getting our food to go. The only thing that was good was the drinks and the waitresse's service.
