Sat at the drive through for at least 5 minutes at 8pm, without a single car in the drive through so i know they werent busy, without even being acknowledged. I ended up just leaving.

I ordered food through the mobile app and when I got to the restaurant they said they were out of stock. The employee told me it would be refunded but it wasn’t. I called the store and spoke to Courtney. She was beyond kind and gave great customer service. She invited me to come back in and get my sandwich (which I really wanted to try). When I got there, she remembered me and gave me my sandwich plus fries for my trouble.
I have interacted with her before and she is a great manager and an asset to your team because when the manager is great, the employees are happy to come to work and be pleasant to customers. It’s not hard, and Courtney understands the assignment.

Stopped by here for lunch on the to Florida. I ordered the Angus Cheesesteak which was really good and tasty. Sweet tea also hit the spot. Staff was nice and dining area was clean. Just need to keep up with the restroom.
