I had the pleasure of dining in the Broughton St (I think that’s the street) and I was BLOWN away by the hospitality. Aubri greeted me with a smile and got me to a seat with no waiting. Then I got to experience someone who must be the queen of customer service Carmen! She sure knows how to make a guy from out of town feel welcome.

My name is ladyv this is my first time coming to Savannah and I must admit I have had a Wonderful time with one of my daughters who is relocating down to Savannah with her job and she asked me to come down with her too check it out.... my husband passed away this year he was in the military but I love and miss him with all my heart ❤️ taking One day at a time but while being down in Savannah I seen a lot places that was very nice and I came to this B&D burgers sport's bar since the pandemic it's really hard to find Excellent customers service skills .so i met this young lady by the name of YaYa a server I can say that her customers service skills are off the chain she makes you feel so Wonder.Yaya meet and Greet is Excellent she knows her menu and offers good advice to what is excellent on the menu she's very attentive to her customers she has a pleasant Attitude and and a Great Smile and a beautiful spirit oh my God!!!! I haven't seen that kind of Exceptional Customer Service Still I would personally recommend this place B ,&D Burgers down in Savannah I will most definitely be back and ask for YaYa as your server you will not be disappointed.Much love to YaYa and the B&D Burgers.from Ladyv

Stopped by B&D Burgers in Pooler and honestly …Yaya was the highlight of the whole experience! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a huge smile and the kind of energy that instantly makes you feel welcome. She was on point the entire time , drinks stayed full, food came out hot, and she checked in just the right amount without hovering.
It’s rare to find a server who’s genuinely fun, friendly, and professional all at once, but Yaya nailed it. She gave great menu suggestions and her vibe just made the meal better.
I’m relocating to Savannah and will definitely be back to visit. I even tried to steal her and offer her a job! B&D you have a GEM!!💎

Our server Yaya was amazing!!! She had a lot of good recommendations and was very attentive!!! Food came out very quick and she made sure everything was correct after the first bite!! Will definitely be back for the great vibes and good service!!
The atmosphere was fun. A great night out for a Friday night in Pooler randomly. They had solid live music and the burger I had was good and came out fast. I was shocked how well made it was compared to how fast it came out. I ordered it extra blue cheese on the burger and they got it just right . The drinks we great as well. Gigi and Yaya were fun and attentive and even were able to turn the tv facing me to the game I was watching without me asking . Great service. Great date night spot or for the family or out by yourself for a good burger and a better drink.

Was in town for the weekend this past weekend to shoot media for an event, called up a friend and asked what the best burger spot in town was. I strolled in this location to be welcomed by the lovely London. She was the BEST server, super sweet and attentive. Gave me great recommendations. And did not dissapoint. I got a bison burger and the alligator fritters and I gotta say they were absolutely top tier, specially with the b&d sauce to accompany them. 10/10 will definitely return when I'm back in town.
We were a big group and had lunch. The wait staff was great and attentive! We enjoyed the sports bar vibe. The food was ok, quite a bit greasy, so be ready for that.
