Ordered 2 sandwiches here last week for lunch—never again. Prices are outrageous and they nickel-and-dime you for everything ( cheese? those should be included on a meatball sub).
On top of that, the women working acted like we were inconveniencing them just by ordering.
The food? Somehow even worse. My boyfriend’s meatball sub tasted like it was made from raccoon ankles—hands down the nastiest sandwich he’s ever eaten.
Save your money and your stomach. 🤮

I ordered dessert as far as cookies and brownies and they was stale and hard and I called them to let them know that I would be coming back to exchange cookies for fresh ones and I was told that I had to bring them in the same day but already settled in for the night so I will not be going back there again great subs but not fresh dessert

Under new management, but in a bad way. Bread did not taste fresh like other locations. Nickel and dimed for anything that used to be complimentary. No big jar of whole pickles on the counter. A real shame abusing the name Baldinos for quality of sandwiches and service this bad.

I visited Baldinos and spent over $20 on food, I asked could I have some mayonnaise packets to go and I was told I would have to pay .50 extra for MAYONNAISE PACKETS! She stated she already put extra mayo on 1 of the subs so I would have to pay. I will not be returning to this location, I’ll drive the extra miles and go to the location on Hwy 80 where they value their customers. They lost a faithful customer because they decided to be greedy!

Under new management...the restaurant was clean, the staff (owners?) were friendly and accommodating, and the sub (Philly cheesesteak) was delicious. If I could suggest one thing: on the Philly, put less oil and vinegar. It was messy. Wouldn't stop me from ordering it again, though. Seriously good. You won't be disappointed.
