Been here many times so I think I can make an accurate review now. Last night was strange. My friend and I were splitting a bill for a large party and they messed up the check twice, which is not a big deal, but they ended up making us pay for a drink which we did not buy because they couldn’t change the bill again. Not a crazy deal, but annoying that we had to pay for their mistake. Additionally, whenever we gave them our cards to pay, they held them for 20 minutes. I’m not sure if it is because we were teenagers, but it was very odd. The food was bland, I wouldn't recommend the sushi or noodle dishes. I have had the spicy squid before and it was good, but each time the good goes downhill. Most of the service was very nice though!

First time coming. Wasnt impressed. We orderd fried dumplings. Cant really mess that up. Ordered beef bulgogi. It was good. Ordered black bean noodle. Looked more like a soup. Guessing it was premade instead to order. Onion were soggy. And it needed more cornstarch, couldnt get sauce to stick on noodles. Needs more base sauce or salt. It was bland. Ordered bibimbap. Very bland. That gochujang sauce needs to be on point. Its needs to bring everything togethor.

This was not it. The side dishes are all cold and gross. The flame on the grill was non existent. The meat they brought looked good. But when we ate it, nothing was seasoned. I asked the waitress and she said thy season with salt and encourage you to use the sauce and dip. There were two. Sauces: sesame oil with salt and pepper or a paste kind. Mid at best. Horribly bland and expensive. I did get the beef dumplings and they were ok. $150 for just my husband and me. We wanted to take the raw meat to go but it had to be cooked first which I get. But now I have to go home and eat bland meat too. Won’t be back

I had an incredible dining experience at Bewon Korean BBQ Restaurant in Pooler, GA! I ordered the beef, and the portion was more than generous, leaving me completely satisfied. The meat was tender, flavorful, and a joy to cook on the easy-to-use, fun tabletop grill. What elevated the meal even further was the wonderful selection of sides—fresh vegetables, pickled delights, and fermented goodies like kimchi and daikon radish, all bursting with authentic flavors. Authentic Korean cuisine at its finest! The side dishes are plentiful and absolutely delicious. We ordered bulgogi and kimchi stew—both were flavorful and satisfying. The best Korean restaurant around pooler and Savannah area, side dishes taste so wonderful and a lot choices, appetizer seafood pancake is very crispy and fresh! And other dishes like soup and bbq are so awesome! Service so nice, always ask for refill and very helpful! We are every 2 weeks or monthly to visit and almost 2 years, their food flavors always stable and taste good! So they need a great review!👍🏻

This place is horrible the food is awful and over priced! I went with my husband and my mother in law and my two children under 2 and they added gratuity to the bill saying 5 or more people automatically gets gratuity. Horrible service horrible food I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Worst two hundred I’ve ever spent smh

Came across Bewon Korean Restaurant on our way back from shopping. Looked up the reviews and decided to stop in for a to go. Wow, we were so impressed how good all our dishes were. So good that my husband said we need to go back for a proper sit down meal. We just ordered a quick lunch special and an order of Korean Fried Chicken. The fried chicken was 10 out of 10. Crispy and well seasoned. I wish we lived closer but willing to drive from South Carolina for this place. The staff who helped us was very kind as well.

Their Galbijim ( braised beef short rib) is truly delicious. Kim Bop is worth trying. Their Bon Chan is 👏🏽👏🏽
