Incredible first visit! The customer service was on point 😊 and the nice ladies were so personable & kind! The coffee is superb as was the freeze 😍 it is so beautifully decorated for the holiday and clean! Also love that they offer complimentary games to play while in store! I prefer not driving when it is still dark, so it felt like a small victory to find a coffee shop that opens early enough to ease into the morning. I arrived at Biggby just before 6am and settled in for a solid two hours, staying warm, enjoying my coffee, and catching up on writing Yelp reviews. It was the kind of slow, steady start that makes the rest of the day feel more manageable.
The baristas were a lively bunch, moving with that early‑morning energy that keeps a place humming. They did a great job keeping the coffee flowing as customers cycled through. The drive‑through never seemed to pause for more than a moment, and every so often a few people wandered inside to warm up and grab their drinks.
All in all, it was a very pleasant morning, the sort of stop that makes an early start worthwhile. I will happily return to Biggby for their consistently great coffee.

Was in Pooler from out of town and Starbucks was out of my regular so I gave Biggby a try. It was amazing, I’ll go back every time I’m in the area. Hot lattes were balanced, breakfast items were much fresher and tastier and we tried a smoothie and it was amazing! We had it delivered but look forward to checking out the store soon. My only criticism is they didn’t offer whole milk (at least online ordering).

Our first impressions were the clean and welcoming atmosphere with lovely background music. We dined in and I ordered the Iced Butter Bear with a sausage, egg, and cheese everything bagel. The latte was light and rich, and the bagel was hot and fresh! The service was friendly with hardly any wait time at all. Food was affordable and priced fairly for a group of four. If we had a Biggy Coffee nearby, it would definitely be my hot take place.
