If I could give a rating of ZERO, I most certainly would! Traveling to Florida, stopped in Pooler, GA to get a quick bite to continue heading south and unfortunately stopped at this Bojangles, which was disgusting! Staff unprofessional and truly need some customer service training. They had mixup after mixup with the orders that weren't matching the receipts. I waited 10 minutes just to have my order taken and this other couple, who waited a good 20 mins to get their order corrected received it and within 10 minutes, they came back up to return their tray of food and demanded their monies back. They said they didn't have time for them to try to correct again because they had to get on the road. So now we finally get our food to-go and once we get on the road to eat our food, my husband's wings were dried up and real small, the lid on the dirty rice was melted on top of the rice so it must have been microwaved and my chicken sandwich was cold and not like I ordered . The only thing that was warm were the fries!! Totally disappointed and I feel like I wasted my hard earned money! WILL NEVER return there again!

Restrooms blocked off and closed. No ice in self-serve ice machine (looked broken) and was dripping water. Definitely some sanitation concerns at this restaurant. Food was hot and service e was fairly quick.

Didn't give us a receipt and once back on the highway noticed we did not get the dessert that was ordered and paid for. Can't go back now as we are traveling north .And NO
Public restroom. Not a fan today

Normally I have a great service, but it's a young lady at the window with dirty fingernails. Fixing food. Also I hate talking to that robot 🤖 because it's also gets my order wrong. Always make sure to check your food before you pull off. Also bad experience this time will not be returning. They got my order wrong then when I sat at window and blew my horn they just didn't open the window and look at my like iam crazy when they got my order wrong.

Just left Bojangles . My order was 2.57 I gave a five dollar bill , 1 quarter , 2 dimes , one nickel and two Pennie’s at first because I thought they said 2.52 at the order station .I proceeded to hand him one additional nickel after getting to the window and he proceeded to give me back 2.90 in change because he claimed I gave him 2:47 . Please for the life of me don’t have children at the window in charge of money when they can’t even count properly . clearly he’s the owners son or something because he didn’t look a day over 15 .

The Khorn Dogger

The place is never open when you need it's supossed to be open at 4AM per google but it has a sign over the drive-thru saying. Open at 5AM but they only open at 6AM. Very inconvient/insufferable if you need something before work early in the morning.

We order a number 5 from the breakfast at 1:30 and fries and the it was cold and fries was hard as a rock and the sweet tea but bad and the chicken was alright

The service and food are hit or miss. Some days the food is good and others it's over cooked. As for the staff... Some of them need a lot of customer service training!

Stopped here at 9:38pm. Wanted 2 bo-berry biscuits and a bo bites combo. The girl at the window said they only had one when we asked if they could make some she said "not this late." Then to make it worse when we said we'll take the one and we wanted bo bites she responds with "you sure you want those bo bites?"... Needless to say, we drove off. Y'all clearly don't want to do anything anyway.

Stopped in at drive thru around 5pm customer service wasn't what it should be nothing was ready I was trying to order said it would be 5min on something that should have already been prepared ahead of time instead of calling it fast food it should be called whenever we we get it ready food not going back to the pooler location ever again O and the dirty rice wasn't cooked long enough
