Horrible service the lady who is standing on window with the red Tshirt she has an attitude first of all they don’t give u the recipe unless u request them. We don’t know what we are paying for and unless we check are order they messed up with my order gave me wrong order then I went back to the speaker explaining she say she don’t understand me I was like I’m talking in English with the proper pleased manner what’s wrong… my turn to window nobody attended for few seconds then one lady comes asked I said I got wrong order I didn’t order this then they gave me my food… owner please look into this people comes here to get quick meal on break time this is not supposed to happen

I want to thank this store for constantly getting my orders wrong and the orders of my coworkers wrong aswell. I love nothing more than to go spend my hard earned money at a an establishment where the employees requirements for doing their job is literally listening to instructions and cooking food. Cooking food is also what cavemen used to do to survive so I want to congratulate everyone at this bojangles for being half caveman.
Pretty sad, can’t do your survey, one site my receipt has no numbers to fit the slot allotted, the other site I can’t use without enabling cookies, so i figured id contact you this way, Visited your store at Cordele Georgia, 1525 E 8th ave, order ID : AABPKL2QAEEU, ordered a 4 piece meal and 2 extra bluberry biscuits, took almost a half hour to get my order, wasn’t busy when i ordered but a almost a dozen people ordered after me and got their meals,, finally got mine , being a driver with no time for sitting i took it and left, liw and behold i get down the road , NO dipping sauce that i ordered!!! Then i had to toss the fries as they were like dipped in a bat of salt, tried wiping it off, way too much, my second time stopping here, first time was great,don’t know what happened but not happy, will be waiting on a response before i tell everyone of my experience and how it was resolved

I stopped by this location on Super Bowl Sunday for dinner and the team made sure all of my food was fresh which I appreciated. The customer service they provided was top notch and I have to give a special shout out to Jasmine, Gracie, Kayla and Jamie!!!10/10!!!

When Popeyes couldn't do our order in anything over 8 piece, Bojangles did. Great friendly service especially the Ma Jasmine.

My husband and I love Bo's chicken. Typically we don't eat anything fried, but Bojangles uses beef tallow in their fryers, so it's approved. We also travel almost 40 miles to specifically go to the Bojangles at exit 102 Pooler GA. There is another one at exit 109, but their service isn't as good. That being said, last week we brought Bo's 8 piece box home for dinner only to discover we were short 1 breast! Today when I mentioned it to the girl at the counter, she informed me that they would not make it right. Lesson learned. COUNT YOUR CHICKEN before you leave the store.
