Slightly above mid on most things. Wings didnt come with carrots/celery at least i didnt get any. No price on the beer list so I ended up ordering a $9 beer wo knowing it—and it wasn’t even an import or an ipa.

The food was ok. We ordered through the app and did the 20 traditional with a large fry. The fries didn’t even cover the bottom of the box, was literally a handful of fries. Wings were barely sauced but they tasted ok and they only gave us one small cup of ranch. The food wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t worth going back for. There was also a very long wait. The app said the food would be ready at 7:30, we arrived around 7:45. It wasn’t busy at all but we didn’t get our food until after 8 so I would plan accordingly if you do order from here.

I have been to many BWW all over the US. The one in Pooler, GA is the dirtiest and most unkept. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. They need new management and I will not be back.

This Buffalo Wild Wings in Pooler is truly inconsistent in their inconsistent and poor service…. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but every visit at this location, I truly have some type of negative experience. The wait times are so long when dining in and picking up. I’ve waited an additional 30+ minutes to pick up food AFTER the pick up time. The service is not considerate and I often see already understaffed associates just chatting for minutes and minutes in the corner, while we wait at a table to have a server simply greet us. (This happened multiple times). I love BWW, but this location is just not good. I don’t want to have to always walk up to the server to ask for silverware, plates, or a new ranch bcs the one they gave me was a quarter-way filled and they don’t visit our table. As someone who worked as a server before, the team just needs a little boost of motivation in someway so that customers can receive better service. Maybe a small reminder of what providing good service looks like.

The food was either barely warm or was cold on every plate except two. One was so cold we had to send it back. Very disappointed on a $200+ ticket. Service was ok but policy surrounding military discount needs to be specified as retired only rather than being a military discount.

We tried bww again hoping it would be better but it wasn’t! Waited over 15 to 20 minutes to see our server. Placed our orders and we got ours waters but never our drinks. We waited probably another 20 minutes and told our server we were leaving due to service. She did t seem bothered by it and was definable not apologetic. This has our experience in the past, but we hope it gets better especially since we have a grandchild that loves to go there for her birthday. We started with bww in Arkansas and loved it! Moved here in 2021 and it has always had problems! We left and went to wild wing cafe and we were served immediately!

Placed an order waited 50 minutes. I told the employee at the counter I wanted cancel my order it took a manager 10 minutes to come out and when he came out he’s acted like he couldn’t find my name then he said he had to go to the office. Next the kitchen manager comes out and ask for my name and says it will be 7-14 days for the credit. You all have to be serious I’ve ran restaurants and never have I told someone 7-14 days for a refund especially when it’s to the lack of service. This business should be ashamed and the general manager she be embarrassed to have staff like that.

Worst customer service ever. Took over an hour to get the food which was ice cold. Then asked for it to be cancelled and was told 14 days for a refund with no receipt to show it was cancelled. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 20 years and never have I been told I couldn’t have a receipt showing that my transaction has been voided. Refused to give a contact name or number. Quite frankly I’ll never be back and I will spread the word to anyone I can.

I will never eat at BWW again. They have turned their restaurants in to the worst place to eat. The so called wings were over salted chunks of breading so hard you would have trouble breaking them with a hammer. They need to go back and redesign their menus or close down.

My family and i went in on 07/14/25 we wanted to try the bottomless apps. Everything came out burt chips were the drakest nastiest tasting chips we have ever had. Restaurant was empty except for one other family and it took forever to get service for reordering or a simple water refill. There was also a stench that we could t put our finger on maybe the carpet but bad experience overall won’t be returning to that location.
