Young man taking order was on telephone. Had to give him my order twice. Then I had to tell him to hit the button so I can use my debit card. Got my food, which was a whopper, and it was cold, And bland. I used to go to Burger King all the time, but I can see why people have quit going. Maybe the home office needs to try some of their products sometimes.

Wasn’t even busy placed online order. The same meal was remade twice for different errors. The root beer was disgusting and needed to be changed and there were no large cup lids either. By the time we got back to the car the fries were cold. Very disappointed.

We got take out food. This location could use a good cleaning. Not new or up to date decor, however, very evident that some soap and water would greatly improve the interior. The food was stale and cold, not edible.

Assist Manager Nikki, refused to give name, used profanity, made us leave, threatened to call police all over the fact that they gave us a 1/2 bag of fries that were cold. We waited almost 15 min for our food on top of that. No one in restaurant, 1 person in drive thru. And no one waited on us when we entered the restaurant for about 5 min. Also refused to give a refund.

Just shut this location down. 36 minutes for an overpriced Whopper meal that was made wrong. I try this location about every 3 months in hopes they will somehow change to management that cares. Apparently, that's a delusion.

This is the worst Burger King their bread is always stale they are always out of something my husband ordered two Whoppers and they didn't even have mayonnaise their fries were undercooked still raw this happened last Friday afternoon
