We ordered online and paid but when we arrived the store was closed. It was 12:45pm on a Friday afternoon. They have not refunded us. We knocked on the door but the person inside ignored us.

Have been here multiple times and it just needs to be shut down. Food is not up to standard and the tremendous time delays make nothing fast at this fast food joint. Will never return to this location but Burger King is no better in other locations. The Abercorn and Mercy location near St Joseph's Hospital is the worst I have ever experienced and this one ranks 2nd. Done with Burger King. Even SpongeBob Movie sponsorships can't save them.

Please tell me why this Burger King is still open. The employees are rude and tonight they were only taking mobile orders. What fast food restaurant only takes mobile orders? Ridiculous!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

staff is never happy to sever, we cannot order over the counter, when we go to drive thru, they will say we only accept online orders. what a pathetic restaurant, why don't you shut down freaking restaurant
30 Nov ‘25 4 pm. Online order for pickup. Lady at window was the only person working the window and counter all with a great attitude. The food was hot and really good and served fast. It’s always a good sign when you see the roof smoking here.
Dec ‘24 picked up a whopper jr and order of cheesy tots at the drive thru. Food was hot and delicious.

Put in a mobile order for pickup inside the store and the doors are locked . Why have the option for inside pickup if you guys don’t open the doors . This is very frustrating for someone in a hurry who doesn’t want to wait in the long drive thru lane

We stopped by and ordered only a burger on our way to Jacksonville 11/2/25. There was only one employee working and was doing all she could do. This sweet lady should not have been working all by herself. The restaurant should close if only
One employee is available. No one should have to work under those conditions.
