The lady working drive thru on 8/13/25 at around 2pm was very nice and professional. The food was also prepared correct and quickly.

Been here twice in 3 weeks. Both times they got the order wrong. Complained the Mgr both times the next day. Restaurant would not answer phone on the evening after the order was messed up.

Ordered on the app at 6:50. Drove the two minutes from my home to the restaurant. Did not receive my food until 7:35. Lady at the window was extremely rude - shoved my drinks into my hands and tried to argue with me about what I ordered when I said I was missing an item.The only modicum of credit I’ll give is that the food was super fresh… but I worked in fast food for years, many of those as a manager, and know it doesn’t take 40 minutes to cook everything fresh. Will absolutely never go back. There are literal dozens of much better, faster, and friendlier options in Pooler.

Absolutely awful. Ordered on Doordash 3x and all three times they told the dasher they were closed but yet still took my order. It was 5pm. They dont close that early.
Went through the drive thru and all employees had a nasty attitude, chicken was cold fries were mushy and they refused to replace my order. Waiting to hear from corporate now.

Very slow in taking your order and even slower in preparing it. Had to repeat our order three time before they got it right. Tables were dirty and in desperate need of being wiped down if nothing else.

The lady at the counter is tess. She was absolutely amazing. Under the circumstances she was working with. She was working with just her and another person. Her running the front counter and drive thru. Plus they were out of a lot of things bc she was waiting on the truck. Which just arrived as we were sitting there enjoying the fresh food she made for us. Her attitude was very sweet. Please if you go to bk in pooler ga of of 80 and you see tess. Be nice to her. She’s busting her ass to make sure her customers have a great meal! Thank you so much tess! You rock!!!
