CJ our server was absolutely amazing!!! My daughter had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. I had the chicken potpie that never disappoints. My granddaughter had the chicken tenders and wow all fresh and hot.

Our dine-in experience at Cheddar’s on December 30th was unacceptable from start to finish.
We waited well over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. By that point, all three of us were exhausted and ready to leave. The restaurant was not very busy, yet it felt clearly understaffed or poorly managed. To make matters worse, we watched another couple who sat down just minutes before us order, receive their food, eat, and pay before we ever received ours.
The food quality was just as disappointing as the service. Our croissants were not glazed at all and instead had strings of butter on top, which was unappetizing and far below the standard you’d expect. It was honestly a slap in the face to watch guests who were seated after us receive fresh-looking, properly glazed croissants while ours were clearly not prepared the same way.
I didn’t even complain while we were there because it felt like doing so would have added another 20 minutes to an already unreasonable wait. At that point, we just wanted to leave.
This visit left a very negative impression, and it was far below what I expect from Cheddar’s. Unfortunately, I would not recommend dining at this location based on this experience.

Disappointing visit to Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. The chicken tasted like it was microwaved—rubbery and unevenly heated. Our waiter was nice enough but the food ruined it. Won't return.

Deona aka Dee Dee absolutely ruined our experience tonight at cheddars. For absolutely no reason, she left us unattended and did not come back. Our small party of 6 had to fight for service from other servers. She did not request for another server to come service us, she did not come back to let us know what happened as to why she would no longer service us. We were not rude or disrespectful. She completely disregarded us as guests and as people. I would recommend that you request another server if you are to get her.

Order was 15 min late on mobile order. Absolutely no concern for your time. Used the check in and still super long wait. Wouldn’t order from here again.
