We had a good dinner we got the country fried steak and a chicken pot pie. And a drink called pain killer I'm not sure what our servers name was, but he was a Indian man he stated he was told by another couple he should learn how to speak English since he lives in America. Honestly, we didn't have an issue with him he was very attentive we also loved the hostess she was a hoot ?.

Jasmine at the bar tried to avoid waiting on us although there were only three other people in the bar. She couldn’t get ice water with lemon right. She’s a bartender at a major chain restaurant? When we asked a second time she gave us a nasty look, lots of attitude. We got up and walked out.Asking employees who know us from frequent visits we learn she never had to complete training as others do, and was promoted to team lead within weeks over long term employees. She gets a favored schedule. Why on earth would an extremely rude and incompetent employee receive such favor? Ahhh yes, seems she and GM Jason are intimately involved. Now we understand, sadly.We won’t support ANY corporation with a rude and severely lacking people skills employee who chose to work with the public yet never should nor a GM who lacks acumen to know never get your meat and bread at the same place.So long, Cheddars! Customers won’t tolerate rude with attitude and the actual dedicated employees who make a difference will look elsewhere for fair Management with actual business decorum.

This was my first trip here. After being seated at the table for 15 minutes. We noticed not one contact with any personal no drink order or anything. All of a sudden another family was seated next to us and had their drinks taken instantly. Still no one Acknowledge us. We walked out never again!!!

I had a good time at Cheddar's,I took some coworkers to Cheddar's, and one of them told me they had never been to Cheddar's. So we decided to eat at Cheddar's for lunch, which i loved the customer service. The food tasted so good, you know i had to take the rest of the food home. ?The place was nice and clean. Everyone was nice and friendly.
Picked up a to go order, burgers were almost burnt. Tasted good but hard. No BBQ sauce as requested for the BBQ burger, and fries were cold. I waited in parking lot about 10 mins.not too bad of a wait.
Was good! Prices are solid, almost feel a little bad not trying to out sooner

My husband and I came to cheddars for a date night, and we had amazing service by a man name Mr. Eugene. This man was so amazing... We did not have to ask for our drinks to be refilled, and he made sure that everything that we ordered came out nice and hot. This man has an amazing personality, he’s so sweet, and polite!! Definitely wouldn’t mind having him again. ❤️

Was a to go order on Easter. Excellent value on food. Ate on the leftovers for multiple meals. Food was very good. Healthy portions. Service professional was waiting outside upon arrival.

The waitress came and took our order and brought our drinks very quickly. The food took a long time coming, even the appetizer. My baked potato was a reheated potato that wasn’t even hot enough to melt the butter. My daughter’s chicken tenders were not hot. The salads were very fresh, but the ranch hardly had any flavor. We very rarely saw our waitress. I was so disappointed with this meal.
