Ordered 2 12 pack of nuggets, 10 miles down the road only 1 12 pack was in the bag. They were more concerned about
If the 100 bill was real or not. Instead of
Making sure the oder was correct
I should have checked though

I placed my order at the intersection as I was leaving Publix and my order was on the shelf in less than the two minutes it took to reach CFA 🤯

I have been a CFA customer for longer than I can remember, and though I gave up fast food long ago, I still gladly dine in these restaurants (or grab takeout). To make it quick, I’ve gotten the yogurt parfait 3 different times, hoping each time that there had been an error. There has not. For $4.59 (correct me if I’m mistaken, please?) or 800 points, you’re treated to 4oz. of yogurt, 4-5 blueberries, & what equals one single strawberry (sliced up to make it appear like more). I really don’t wanna do this, but I work nights and rely on my breakfast when I get off. Am I out of line? Also, I requested extra granola topping. Sure. But not present. I requested extra fruit, at my own expense, but was told that it was impossible. I’m very disappointed about this and fortunately pass another CFA when I head home.
See photo. Every time. The same way. Not ok.
We love Chick-fil-A. Food and service was great - just disappointed this one doesn't have a play area (and only a small outdoor seating area).

Worst Chick-Fil-A location in Pooler. Fries were old, cold, and there were barely in the container. My sandwich was missing the cheese, and they forgot the sauces.

Man..... you can never go wrong with this franchise.... I have been to like 10 different locations from California to Alabama to Georgia and was never disappointed with any of them... food, service and atmosphere were all outstanding!!!

Although it is a fast food restaurant, the service is superior.
Despite its popularity, it lacks something in taste and quantity...
The sauce is good!

Always an amazing experience to be in this location. Ms. Patty who works the dining room floor is an amazing addition to the team. She took such great care of us. Paid extra attention to customers who needed the extra help getting around the store. She is an amazing team player and great custodian of the Chick Fill-a customer service excellence tradition.

First time using the app instead of ordering in person at the drive thru. Impressed how quick it went.

Being that I work nights, I can only enjoy Chick-fil-A for breakfast. That’s great! Right? Let’s examine:
I’m very fond of berry parfaits, however, I’ve ordered it 2 different times now, and both were as the photo indicates. I didn’t post a review or even say a single word about this when it happened the first time; chick-fil-A makes great food and accidents happen. I wouldn’t be overly judgmental because I wouldn’t want someone to treat me that way. Now, it seems that this is just the norm, and for a menu item that is nearly $5 ($4.79). I don’t set out to be critical, and would like y’all to be the judge. Is it acceptable to pay $4.79 for a container that is half full of yogurt, 1 strawberry (sliced into 5 pieces), and 3 blueberries? If I’m out of place to be a little bit confused by that, then I really need to re-examine my expectations, drastically. This display of a lack of integrity and poor service, things I would expect at many places, but not here. And that’s why I continue coming back over and over and over. Any thoughts my being too critical? Would anyone else feel good paying just shy of $10 for what would amount to a full container of yogurt, 2 strawberries, and 6 blueberries; the equivalent of what I have received, and in terms of fruit, approximately what I sample when shopping for groceries. Pitiful and subpar is my opinion, but perhaps i’m not qualified to say having only a decade of restaurant management experience.

Drive through = delay though
Traveling and stopped by on the drive home. The service was very good but the chicken nuggets were on the dry side and didn’t seem fresh. The fries were good and fresh.
