I am writing this as I'm still in the drive thru line I've been here SEVERAL TIMES trying my hardest to give them a chance to get better... A year later and they are still awful... The girl in drive through who took my order at 11:32 seemed SO SAD to be here and that's probably because she knows the service is so slow. As I type this out is now 11:52 TWENTY MINUTES LATER... I still don't have my food. I NORMALLY order on the app because the drive thru looks SOOOOOOO long but I was hoping they'd surprise me... I am waiting to get my food so I can atttach a photo of my receipt and hopefully I get the food within this half hour! Thank goodness finally got my food at 11:54!!! Tell your staff to stop FLUFFING YOUR NUMBERS! I DIDN'T GET MY ORDER AT 11:39 LIKE THIS RECEIPT SUGGESTS!FROM ONE BUSINESS OWNER TO ANOTHER- GET IT TOGETHER! ALSO

My food was great, as usual they were busy. I came in for an 11:30 pick up for my office. I set up the pickup counter and waited for a while while looking at several associates in the face and not one person acknowledging me. I found it kind of odd coming from chik fil a. I literally had to speak up before anybody asked me anything.
They have good food I understand that Chick-fil-A is supposed to have superb service but however when it comes to me I do not get that because females can be very prejudice against people if they do not fit society beauty standards I had to call corporate on this location many

This location consistently can not support its customer demand. My order was marked complete to pick up inside but I still had to wait 5 minutes before it was actually handed to me. It was not ready when it said it was. This happens all the time.

By far the worst Chick Fil A in Savannah and the rest of the U.S. I don't know how this store managed it, but they skipped all training that regular Chick Fil A staff go through. They have no communication skills at all, which is usually the highlight of a Chick Fil A visit. Their wait times are worse than McDonald's and they never apologize, they never talk to customers about wait times, and they hand out the drinks last instead of at check out. Their food is usually cold and they usually miss an item, then the staff argues with you that "you already recieved it." I see staff standing around, leaving the work for 1 or 2 other people to do, and management never says anything about it-are they playing favorites, or just too busy? This review is also after months of service, not just 1 or 2 bad experiences. And I have never seen the store owner. Do they even know what's going on in their own store?

I was REALLY craving Chick-Fil-A & stopping in from out of town … I didn’t look at the sign; but they were closing @ 9pm and I showed up at 8:58 pm.Jacob, was the gentleman who still took my order and he was prompt & super friendly.Everything was pretty clean & the staff was cleaning up some more & doing closing shift stuff; nobody made me feel like I was a problem for coming in last minute and for that, I truly am really appreciative.They even gave me a free brownie because I had to wait a while. Sweet staff & the food was fresh too!Thank you all, so very much. I would recommend anybody to this Chick-Fil-A for sure.
