I went to the Chick- filet in Pooler, Georgia. They have a amazing chicken sandwich. Look at the size of this thing bigger than the bun and I took a bite out of it. Very pleased.

The staff here is extremely friendly and courteous. They go the extra mile to make your visit a pleasant one.
This Chick-Fil-A is the absolute worst. They mess up every order and don’t give you everything you order. Today we were one of three cars in the drive though and they still forgot half of our order. They also gave us a nasty wilted salad with no dressing or fork. They regularly forget straws, forks, sauces, and half of the food you pay for. The young men at the window were sitting around joking about productivity being low. If the people working here spent more time working and less time joking this might be a better restaurant. They only need to spend an additional two seconds to read the printed order sticker and confirm what they put in the bags. If they just gave us what we paid for people would be satisfied and want to return. At this point I’m just swearing off this Chik-Fil-A… too expensive and I never get what I pay for. If you value your time and money just avoid this location.

My kids and I picked up kid's meals including chicken tenders, waffle fries, macaroni and cheese, and drinks. The kids also got ice cream cones for free instead of the toy with their meals. The workers were efficient and friendly.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a salad and they forget the extra nuggets. They also have stopped putting the toppings and forgot the salad dressing. Tonight I ordered a cookie and forgot that too. Just so frustrating!

Visited on 9/17 & 9/18 with our grandchildren. Madden & Madeline were so wonderful, helpful, and courteous. Great customer service.
On Wednesday we were very blessed to meet Mrs. Joyce (Ji Ji) who was exceptionally friendly, gracious, welcoming, and such a blessing. Our youngest grandchild (8 months) leapt into her hands. We chatted for a long time.
You are very blessed to have such amazing, outstanding, wonderful staff.

The food was good.. but Michaela the African American young lady from the drive thru was rude.. I asked to see the menu since I don’t eat there often. When I asked she just looked at me. My husband knew what he wanted so I ordered for him and the kids first and lastly me so I asked for the menu. She never gave it to me and just kept speaking. I was trying to see it but she kept moving around (it was clipped to the tablet) and looking around so I asked again and again she just looked at me annoyed. So I had to say sorry ima clip it to look at it since I wanted to see the back too and she looked at me like I was crazy.. like mam you never once tried to unclip it for me so I could see the full menu, just moving it around as I tried to see so I had to unclip it myself. That was very rude and then she tried to speak all professional but that was already out the window and it’s how she treated me when I asked to see the menu. I know it’s hot and you’re working outside but try to be nice and take the time xtra step to show someone who doesn’t frequent there (which I said to her too) the menu. Cause I ended up getting something I didn’t want… I really wanted salad but since she was rushing me to move up as I was looking at the menu and making my decision and on top of that sounding rude it made me choose an easy item I’ve had before and I ended up not trying to hat I wanted too. Next time I’ll just go to the other one down the street. Do better girl.
Decided to go inside. The crew was welcoming. It appeared to me theat they all enjoyed their jobs. The atmosphere was family oriented. The service was just as fast inside as it is outside. The food,as usual was great

I eat breakfast here at least twice a week but I’m having to check my food before I leave, twice in a month I’ve ordered hash browns and found the container less than half full, I find that on tuesdays the biscuits are either hard or taste like flour

There is one employee who will NEVER receive enough credit for what she does and that is Mrs. Joyce! When she is caring for the dining area she also takes on the role of caring for the kids. Comforting them when needed, fun interactions and even a little back up when needed about listening to parents. She was previously in childcare and it shows. She makes our experiences here amazing. This Chick-fil-A would not be what it is without Mrs. Joyce!
